2-3 minute walk to Bayside station (Tokyo Disney Monorail). Great location, very clean, friendly staff. This was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip, we loved it so much we changed hotels to come back for an additional 4 nights! Breakfast is excellent, I recommend buying through Expedia booking as it is significantly cheaper.

I lost one of my diamond earring while my stay in hilton . Staff said that nothing seen when they clean our room . I forget to removed when I sleep the night before , they always come and fix the bed . I would appreciate if they give it back , who ever clean my room that day .

Great spot to stay for quick access to Disney! Unfortunately when we arrived they had to delay our check in time which is frustrating when travelling with kids. The room was fun for kids but the beds and pillows were rock hard. Handy access to the monorail for Disney access and tidy facilities with lovely staff. Lawsons on site was very handy!

A very clean and convenient hotel in the Tokyo Disney Resort area. You can easily walk to Bayside Station and get to anywhere in the resort easily. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very kind and willing to help.

Was underwhelmed by the Hilton at Tokyo Bay. The room was very dated. The only bonus was it was of a good size. The carpet outside the room and around the lift always looked dirty. Wouldnt stay here again

Great property. Easy access to train station and buses to park. We liked the option of getting a bus to the airport for a fair price. We will definitely stay here again.

Easy access to the Disney’s Monorail to the parks and Maihama Station by Hilton shuttle bus. Lawson inside the hotel was amazing for when I needed food late night when the buffets were closed and other things I may have ended up needing. Would most definitely stay again for next trip!

Spacious rooms. Convenient location to spend the night before visiting Disneyland and Sea if you aren’t able to book a Disney resort. Bus transfers and walkable to Bayside station which is part of the Disney train line.

Hotel was good. However, one rainy morning I was going to have a swim in the hotel pool with my son, but quickly changed my mind when they said there was a cost of ¥4000 (£20) each to use the pool!!

In a central location easy for travel to other areas for sightseeing. Great hospitable staff who are diligent, competent, respectable, patient, and kind in regards with interactions of customers. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel staff were eager to help and able to advise when help was needed. However, the breakfast and dinner buffet spread could be improved. Likewise the Executive Club Lounge during the day. Also, the room service hours were limited to only 5pm to 11pm.

It’s a perfectly fine hotel especially for your Disney trip. We stayed at the Disney official hotels the days before we checked in at the Hilton and Disney was able to transfer our luggage to the Hilton for us which was a huge bonus. The team at the Hilton were all friendly and helpful. The Lawson and Fresh Express were a great amenity and something I wish Disney had at their hotels. The late night room service delivery options are from fresh express, not your usual room service menu or restaurant, but we’re delicious and really quick, usually less than 30 minutes. The club sandwich and fries were a nice late night snack since the theme parks close at 9. We had the bay view and we’re able to see Mt Fuji our last day, it was the only clear day. We added the breakfast option when we booked on Expedia and the morning buffet was good and varied and runs from 630-10 (it ends at 10 sharp!) and even when busy usually only had a small wait. There was a variety of Japanese breakfast options, bread and cereal, salad & fruit, meats and an egg station. As well as free self serve beverages that included an espresso maker! The room was the let down in this stay to be honest. We had a celebrio double room with two trundles and was larger than expected, at least until you pulled out the trundles then the rooms got cramped. The sparse decorating, condition of the blank white walls, hard beds with dead pillows, and the often ineffective black out doors for the windows were negatives.

Our room has an perfect view of the Tokyo skyline and Tokyo Bay, an unbeatable combination. The room is spacious, enough for our luggage and stuff we got from Disney. The staff are friendly. The beds are always properly made and the towels are perfectly thick.

Great Hotel with lots of amenities and services. It was awesome to have two options for buffet breakfast and two Lawsons for dinners and snacks. Only complaint is that in February, the AC was s disabled so we had to get fans from the front desk and open the windows at night.

We stayed here for Disney and it was easily accessible with shuttles to the Disney resort line. The staff was accommodating, facilities and location are great. If there is a negative, I wish the towels were bigger and softer.

Great for family who want less trouble in travel
Great location if you want to spend time in Disney area. Easy access from the airport and free shuttle to Maihama station and bayside monorail station. Very friendly staff and great service for your questions. There’s a Disney store (8am-9pm) and 24 hrs Lawson with your needs when travel. I’ve been stay at several hotels in this neighborhood and I’ll choose Hilton for my next visit. The only thing is breakfast are the same every day for my stay and free WiFi for Hilton honor members only( but it’s free for apply). Overall it’s a pleasant experience.

Great place to stay
The hotel is nice and clean and Disney themed. It's great for seeing Disney parks. It's not centrally located to the city so keep that in mind. That being said, it wasn't that big of a deal for us to go to places in the city. The monorail comes between every 3-7 minutes, depending on time of year and time of day. Maihama station is the main station you'll be using to travel to the city. We were able to fit 4 adults and 2 kids in our room so that was great. Kids loved the bunk bed.

Great location if travelling to Disneyland, very clean and friendly staff. Convenience stores coffee shops and restaurants on site. They also have a cafe which delivers to your room “fresh connection” , great food. There was though limited amenities compared to other 3 star hotels I stayed in during this same visit. Room slippers were synthetic, very uncomfortable to wear and made your foot sore. Other than that it is a nice hotel

Happy with the stay. Room was nice and big for a family of 5. We had a view of Tokyo Bay, and was able to see Mt Fuji when the weather was clear. Easy access to Disneyland.

Rooms are large and comfortable with great Tokyo bay views. It is an easy walk to the monorail for Disneyland and Disney sea. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good choice of food in the buffet. Very happy with the hotel overall.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was just right, clean and cute. Built in 1988, so dont expect newly renovated amenities. I have no complaints and my family loved our stay. Shuttles provided ease of transportation. Buffet was ok but a bit pricey for what it offered...because of that we ate there only once. They have a LAWSON on the 1st floor. We got most of our meals/snacks there.
