“Fantastic Place, Would be certain to go back..”

Overall a Very Impressive Hotel with Fantastic Facilities. Was in 2 minds on which Hotel to book, between the Crowne Plaza and the Abode.. Both Hotels cost roughly the same for a nights stay but the Crowne Plaza has the benefit of a Pool, Sauna, Steam Room & Jacuzzi all for free!!!! It is only 2min walk from town. Overall this Hotel has left a good impression and I will be certain to visit again without hesitation..

The staff were very friendly & helpful they very kindly upgraded our room for us without us having to ask! The buffet breakfast was very good lots of choice. The location is brilliant for the Racetrack & shopping. There is a carpark attached to the hotel aswell! We will be back again next year without doubt!

“Great Place to Stay in Chester”

We booked the hotel for a short weekend break. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception desk were efficient and welcoming. The room was of a good size and comfortable. The hotel has its own car park, a valuable asset in Chester, which was reasonably priced for a 24-hour stay. The hotel also has its own restaurant, although we did not make use of this facility.

“An excellent hotel!”

This was the 2nd stay in this hotel, and again very pleased all round. The location is perfect as a 2 minute walk into Chester. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful, right up to us forgetting something in the room which was promptly looked after and returned to us. The hotel is nice, and the room service was reasonably priced for a hotel and breakfast was first class. Would defo stay again and would recommend to all.

Very nice, clean room. Mini bar wasn't overly expensive, very close to the race course and the town.

Booked the hotel as a birthday surprise treat for my hubby and was so pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The proximity of the hotel to the town was also a deciding factor. Will definitely be coming back

Fantastic stay, everything we could of wished for. Staff were super helpful, hotel was more than comfortable and facilities were great.

Nice stay in an executive room in the quiet area (which is indeed very quiet). Didn't use the supposedly excellent spa and gym, but did use the club lounge. Club lounge bit disappointing, very small with all seats taken (had to take drinks back to room#, and a bottle smashed on the floor. Room comfortable and clean with a few nice touches #sleep spray), staff good, breakfast good. Club lounge excepted, nice stay.
