Unusual to find a place like it that actually shows they really care about the customers staying there. Super location on a creek with Awsome facilities. Staff was unbelievable as well. You have to check this place out. If you stop in there, make sure to check out Joey’s across the street, If it were possible to do 10 stars instead of 5 I definitely would.

If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet stay in Maggie Valley this is your place. Have stayed here many times and it has always been a great experience. The creek is beautiful and so peaceful. Just a great place to unwind and reset!

It was a nice place overall but there were bugs in our bed and other places in the room. Whatever those bugs were have our bodies covered in very itchy bumps and sores. I killed one and took it to the attendant and he cldnt identify it either but it made for a VERY unpleasant stay!! There were spiders and webs everywhere, roaches and other identified bugs in the room. Do NOT sit in the recliner cos that’s where the bugs started biting me!! If all of that weren’t bad enough our neighbor sounded like they were bench pressing a sofa. NEVER AGAIN!! I have photos and videos to support my claims but no way to attach them to this review.

I thought I was getting a great room with a creek in the back yard. I had the room located closest to the highway. Cigarette containers located in front of every outside door that I had to walk by to get to my room. Duck tape on a tile on the floor holding it together I think. A cracked sink. Room very dark and the bathroom toilet area so small it didn’t even seem safe to me to be in there.

Stayed here for a while since my boyfriend and I were snowboarding nearby and it was in such a convenient location. Also, the creek behind this inn was so nice. They had many seating options and a gazebo if you wanted to relax outside with fairy lights at night. Would definitely stay again; it was cozy, comfortable and great.
