Just a little surprised that the Guest service department messed up and sent me an “URGENT” email about me not checking in and failing to make payment after I had already checked in and paid in full with deposit the night before. "Room ventilation does not work, so had to open window to keep it cooled with fresh air. Front desk staff was helpful, able to receive package delivery on behalf of me. Unfortunately the hotel could not accept international visa credit card so had to pay cash. Would like to call on the hotel to be more environment friendly, there is no need to change towels every day, but housekeeping staff was trained to clean up rooms every day despite saying no need.
