Thank you for your feedback. Being a busy town centre property we do have contend with these issues. We do provide ear plugs of course. As for the mattresses, they are quite new, and hotel quality, but we appreciate that not every mattress can suit every guest.

Thank you for your review. As you say, you were provided a full refund and time was taken to engage with Expedia/Hotels.com (who are absolutely terrible - I agree). On inspection there was no urine found on the bed, so we dispute this entirely

Thank you for your review, and it's disappointing the issues that you suffered. We do not believe it was a blood stain, but it's very easy to write that in a review for maximum effect. The rubbish left in one room was a result of the staff member forgetting to empty one bin when the apartment was serviced. And the bin closing issue and toaster issue were maintenance points that we were not aware of so we will be resolving those immediately with new equipment. Clearly the apartment was not left pristine, and it should have been better, but as you correctly observed, we do not market or promote these as luxury units at all, but a comfortable budget offering. Please accept our apologies for those elements that were not acceptably delivered.

Hi David. Thanks for your review. Our smartphone key system is a very secure and reliable way of managing our property. However, it does require the guest to read and follow the instructions for arrival and access which it appears you didn't do completely. I am very sorry that your experience did not work out, but I can also see from my records that your mobile key worked perfectly well to access your unit once I'd helped you navigate the process.
