We had a great time. The office was so helpful with checkin and had awesome food suggestion. The property was clean and beautiful. You will need some basic groceries like coffee with creamer because there's no sugar, but a Publix is very walkable. Loved starting here and look forward to visiting Charleston again soon

Lovely place. Too Noisy! There’s a hospital next door so constant sirens etc. at intersection where people are very inconsiderate and super loud. If you can overcome that (which I did with YouTube white noise on TV ALL night, earplugs & fans running it’s a great location and lotsa great little restaurants, bars, & coffee shops close by. Free parking and walkable to all sights. Kitchen not well stocked and no table to eat at. Staff very responsive and helpful.

Room was renovated and very homey. The parking was very convenient and easy to find as long as you follow directions. If you are wanting a lively visit to charleston this is a great place. If you are looking for something more quiet and off the beaten path then this property might not be for you.

Very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Oven didn’t seem to have a vent or a hood fan over stove. When something dripped in oven it caused a lot of smoke and a visit from local fire dept. The new street lights recently installed lit up our bedroom every night. Street traffic was very noisy being close to Medical center didn’t help. Staff was great. Amenities appreciated. Comfortable beds and couch.

We thouroughly enjoyed our visit with you! We would like to give two suggestions. Our room had a full kitchen, but no chairs or table. If your going to have a kitchen you need somewhere to eat instead of the bed. The second suggestion is an outdoor area to sit outside and relax. In between the bldgs would be nice. The people in the office were super friendly and helpful. They helped make our stay exceptional!

The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed! We were greeted upon arrival and they were incredibly polite. The only issue was that the parking was hard to find even with the directions. I wish there was a street sign indicating where the driveway was because it is so narrow I missed it.

My stay
My stay was wonderful. The only issue we had was that the bathroom toliet was not working. The staff did however accommodate us a we used the bathroom in another room. Other than that, all was well.

The Quarters on Spring was terrific and close to everything. You are next to a busy intersection but we were only there at night. The only downside was there was no place in the unit to easily sit down and eat at. No table. There is a couch and a large coffee table. It would had been nice to have a small table that tucked away to use. We had a great time still and liked it very much.

Everything was great. Met our needs for 2 adults in town for a wedding. Easy check in and out. Called with some questions before arrival and received an answer quickly. Worked well for us!

We enjoyed the property and its location. A box of Kleenex was needed in the room. The gradual step down to the kitchen needs a black warning strip. I tripped going from the kitchen to the bedroom and broke my big toe which put a damper on our trip. It could have easily been avoided. Be aware!

We stayed in the queen bed unit on the top floor. The unit was clean and spacious, you just have to duck the slanted roof to get in and out of the bed. Great location and price.

Great stay - would return!
My family of 4 had a great stay at this property. The location was within walking distance of several restaurants. We were within a short drive of city market and folly beach. We loved the outdoor area and ate takeout dinner outside. It felt safe for COVID. We didn’t interact with anyone else the entire stay (including checkin / checkout). It was also super convenient to have a dedicated parking space that was easily accessible at any time. Only issue was the street noise from passing cars. We used a sound machine and worked it out. Really enjoyed it!

This was our annual family vacation. This condo was awesome. It was well decorated, close to downtown shopping and restaurants, and so clean and inviting. The master bedroom had a private balcony with long, bench, table, and hanging chair( which the granddaughter loved). We also appreciated having a garage to park our cars. We would definitely stay here again. Each bedroom had their own bathroom, which was another benefit. Having a washer and dryer made it nice. All pros and no cons.

We were very disappointed in the size of the studio. It was nothing like the 91 pictures posted. The parking was very tight but ok after the manager moved the trash cans so we could access our car. There was a shared porch. It is convenient and you can do some cooking. It was very clean

Nice property, but be mindful of the details
Great location and accessibility to downtown Charleston, Park Circle, Mt. Pleasant and the beaches. This was mostly a business trip and I needed access to the internet for some important meetings. The internet was not working on arrival. I called 3 days in a row and was told that someone would come out to fix it. I’m disappointed to say this issue was never resolved. I ended up having to pay for a 3rd Party internet service. Also, be mindful that there is a difference between the 1BR and the 1BR Suite. The first is a studio with a separate Kitchen. If you require extra room or privacy from living space, you should choose the Suite. That is not made very clear on the Hotels.com site. This area on Spring and President is experiencing an inordinate amount of construction and traffic. The tractor trailers use President St. and shake the entire building in the middle of the night. Also note: the pile driver work begins at 7:00am during the week and last several hours. If you are a light sleeper or if you like to sleep in, good luck and wear earplugs. Parking is provided, but there are no keypads as suggested on the parking instructions. It’s a card scanner only, which you will not have - just a laminated parking pass. Therefore, you are reliant on using the callbox to connect with a parking attendant to enter as well as leave the lot. Not a problem as long as someone answers. I had no problems until the last night. The 3rd attendant finally let me in.

We loved the location being not so far from things to do. Quiet and peaceful. We communicated that the washer was only putting hot water out. Maintenance never came to fix it.

Unable to stay in double booked room
Be wary when looking at this hotel. I "reserved" a room but that was no guarantee of actually staying here. I called fourteen times on the trip down to charleston using the check-in information provided by Expedia. Only one of these was answered and the man denied me any information on how to check in or who to contact. Upon waiting outside until 10pm I encountered a resident of a different room who informed me that "my" room was already occupied. Not sure if issue is with expedia or hotel chain, regardless I will be using neither again.

My friends and I recently stayed here for a golf weekend. My only complaint is our trip was too short. It was nice to have parking next to the building and the kitchen was nice. Beds were very comfortable and it was a great value for our group. Would return.

Buyer Beware!
Located on the corner of a very busy intersection with bus stop, traffic noise all day and all night! Unit B is truly problematic....multiple windows....all old and not insulated...thus street noise is constant...in addition...two upper windows are even with street light and traffic light...which shine and change colors all night long. Unit B is nicely redone...but only a small closet...kitchen could be better equipped....and what is the point of having a kitchen when you do not have a table to eat at, or chairs. In addition, there is no dresser to put any clothes in! The owner/landlord better give some more attention to this unit...and likely the others too. All in all...you would do better to stay elsewhere...anywhere...but here!
