All staff pleasant....Clearly this is from the top down and is a sign of good management. Refrigerator, microwave, large suite. With real plates and utensils! 15 minutes to downtown.. Easy stay..and I appreciated the quiet at night... I love dogs (which the hotel allows), and wish the occasional dog-owner with big loud incessant barks (during day) would keep leave their dogs back home.

The room had a bad odor (like sweat) upon coming in but there were not any other room options that would work, and one staff member at the front desk was very unfriendly/rude at check in.

I thought the price was too expensive, and should have rooms for 1 night that doesn’t have all the amenities. It was my first time staying at this property of Home2. Also they have a 4 days in advance requirement for cancellation, which is unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in before.

We stayed here for 10 days total. The elevators were so dirty and we noticed they cleaned them 1 time during our stay. Same stuff on floors the entire stay otherwise. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fantastic, but it was included with stay so no complaint. Room was cleaned 1 time during our stay. We had to ask for that. Otherwise we had to hunt people down to empty garbage overflowing, get toilet paper, kleenex, towels, etc. It was just OK in my opinion for what I paid for.

There was nothing unique but I will say that the breakfast could use an upgrade. The prepared food was not beneficial for older people. It was more like microwave food except the grits. They were good.

The Manager at the front desk is very rude and thinks she owns the place. Talks about a Homeless Family to all of the of the staff. And also band a Homeless Family from coming back to the hotel.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and amenities of both the room and the hotel. The breakfast was great. Location great. And though I presently do not have a dog, I appreciate that dogs are welcome! I’ll be returning to this property on my next trip to Charleston!

Very clean, comfortable room & facility. Staff was very friendly. My only critique is that the breakfast items should be labeled better - I grabbed a breakfast sandwich without knowing it had pepperjack cheese on it and it was SPI-CY!

We have always had good service on prior visits. This visit was not so good. Our room was cleaned once out of a 4 day stay. No clean towels trash was running over. Had a hard time understanding the desk clerk when checking in.
