Staff is ok, Had a bit of confusion on third guest but owner himself stepped in to put the matter to justice. "I loved The Fort, it had enough amenities to match its style, what a beautiful property, if you love history you will love the Fort, the staff are lovely, so friendly, so helpful, the surrounding shops are full of lovely people too. The 4 poster bed I had was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, they don't make them like that anymore. The food was so tasty too, Im going to go back thats for sure! Excellent value for money too, i thought they were joking when I got my bill :D "

"Pros: Location and service staff attitude. Food quality is mostly good. Cons: cleanliness, outdated faucets and bathroom. Smelly bed. TV not working. A small issue but I was billed for a different dish than ordered. Entire hotel was plastered with posters to observe Covid appropriate behavior; it was even advertised that they take care of sanitization of the property but we found that indifferent attitude towards the pandemic throwing caution to winds.
