"Big room with a nice view (Navajo) but there a no facilities whatsoever at this place—essentially just a room although you can get breakfast in the tasting room. The staff (particularly Stephani) was really great. The room included a free tasting. The reds were pretty good!"

"This place was absolutely stunning! Was like an Italian villa in the middle of wine country. The room had everything you could need, bathrooms were beautiful and the balcony! Feels like you are out in the middle of nowhere but it’s only 5 minutes from downtown paso. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"The patio is a must to sightsee ocean from Carmel. The Jacuzzi tub which could fit two persons is great. The only thing i would mention is one side of the mattress was broken...I will need to sleep on sofa :("

"Stayed at the Ballard Inn recently in the middle of May and it was magical. Its a really cute boutique hotel with age old charm and updated services. Their breakfast is included and its delicious. You literally get a house key and it feels like home. Walked the darling white picket fence quiet neighborhood and grabbed so me famous pastries at Bobs Well Bread across the street. Its a stone throw away from the cute boutiques, wine tasting rooms, and excellent dining, downtown Los Olivos. Will...

"Clean rooms with amenities like towels, a/c, kitchenette, and complimentary snacks. Comfortable bed and staff was communicative via texf and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or if anything needed to be fixed. Check in time is only at 4pm but that’s ok because the guests and I were exploring santa barbara so just plan accordingly"
