The price was reasonable, especially for the fact that it had an inside pool and computer with printer in the lobby. The breakfast selection was pretty impressive. There were several construction workers staying at the Sleep Inn the night we were there and I don't think any of them went to work hungry in the morning.

Two things that were annoying: The TV remote did not turn the TV on. I had to go to the office to see what was wrong and she told me I had to power on the TV by pressing "Power" at the bottom right hand corner of the TV. REALLY???? Get Modern!! I had to prop one of the phones against the curtain that hung over the air/heat unit. Otherwise, the air just went up behind the curtain and wouldn't cool/heat the room. Use a different type of window treatment that lays flat against the window so the air flow doesn't get trapped.

We stayed two nights, first night was not bad. Second night did not have a working tv or hair dyer. Room was next to elevator and loud. Elevator starts to go up before the doors close. A little scary. Weekend breakfast ran out of eggs when we went downstairs.ok if needed in a pinch.

Two large snowstorms in my time at this hotel. They only plowed the driveway once in a nearly week long period. Several customers got stuck in the parking lot. Cars parked in the middle of drive aisles. It was a clown show. Staff didn’t do anything that I saw to fix the situation.

We totally enjoyed our stay! There are some minor updates that could be added, but that was not a problem for us. The breakfast was terrific - all kinds of choices, hot or cold. We would have gladly taken the king bed we had home with us! Overall, a comfortable, enjoyable & very reasonably priced stay! We would definitely recommend this property!

Our Family stayed here when it first open and it was great, now it is in need of some refreshing and fixing. There were dirty spots on the towels, windows had mold around them, the latch lock was hanging on by one screw, there was a live roach on the bathroom counter. Breakfast wasn’t bad, typical breakfast, they did have biscuits and gravy! The room didn’t have a bedding for the pullout but staff was nice and gave us what was needed.

Paper signs and leftover tape on doors give the feel of a lower-class hotel. It’s really a nice hotel and hope it is not going to go downhill….we stay there several times a year.

The hotel itself is nice. It was clean, although the pool was a litgle chilly our first dip. We checked in on Monday, but our room was not restocked/cleaned until Wednesday. The staff I did see were kind and courteous, and I appreciated the help. However, when I learned the following Monday, today, that my stay would not be fulfilled and was told it was from something on my end, I was confused. Nothing had been brought to my attention during my stay, and if it had, I would have been more than happy to explain or accomodate per hotel policy. This left me with four nights worth of hotel to find in less than half a day with hospital appointments and a tight budget.

Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Bed was average and met expectations for price point. Property was a bit dirty with trash scattered about and what appeared to be a homeless camp at the exit of the side door next to the sidewalk. Room itself appeared clean but definitely don’t pull up the mattress cover to inspect (lol). Mattress was stained on one bed and the sleeper sofa. Food crumbs were left behind in the sleeper sofa and one edge of our mattress had what “appeared to be” boogers wiped on it in several places. Property was quiet and breakfast was above what was expected for the price point with several hot and cold options. Overall, if this property were to focus on their cleaning during room turn overs, this would most likely be a 9.5-9.7 property on Hotels.com.
