I had a room for my husband and myself and a 2nd room for my son who was having surgery. The first night he had no heat and was moved to a different room the next morning. That room was warm but the blower on the heater didn’t work. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean.

A Great Tay

The shower was broken, the fan in the bathroom was very loud. I booked and prepaid for a stay for almost 2 weeks. When I arrived I was told I needed to pay another 250.00 for a deposit. I was shocked. I know that there is typically a 50.00 deposit to put on the room. I was there for Christmas and did not have an extra 250.00 just to be held on my card - I traveled 24 hours from Arizona. I said I have already paid in advance for the room and I have never heard of 250.00 to be held. The lady said well I guess we can do 100.00. I informed her again I have never heard of more than 50.00 however I was tired and agreed. 1/2 way through our trip they insisted on room service. I advised I didn't need it just new towels. I had a business meeting to go to and my husband stayed behind and they insisted they had to clean the room. Then locked us out accusing of smoking in the room which was 100% false! My husband and our service dog locked out in the cold our stuff inside. When I returned I fully disputed this and I told them they can come in and check while I was present. She insisted I needed to pay 250.00 to get back in NO!! I did not smoke in the room. Finally let us back in with a "warning" While I was showering a day later I smelt cigarette smoke and went up and advised the staff they need to check on this and it is NOT me! The building smelled of weed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. No microwave only fridge

I had a great stay. Staff is friendly & I love their breakfast. However, the beds are busted. I was moved to a different room twice & both rooms had broken beds that rock back & forth. If you lay on the edge of the bed you may end up on the floor. Fridge & microwave weren’t cleaned. Otherwise, I liked staying there for the most part. The place was quiet & felt safe. I would stay there again, just wish they would fix their beds and clean the rooms better.

Located on a well-traveled street with close access to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were somewhat dated (wallpaper peeling off of wall). Waffle iron in cafeteria didn't cook properly. Decent selection of breakfast items.

Beds were comfortable, pillows however could use upgrading. The website lists buffet breakfast, however that was misleading as it was a continental breakfast with bagels, cereal, yogurt or waffles. There is no elevator which created issues for my elderly mother. However was sufficient for a short weekend stay.

I liked the breakfast options in the am. I liked that the place felt clean and safe. I know they allowed pets but you never knew because they were quiet and respectful.

The first room we were assigned smelled a little like covered up vomit. The floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned, there was a towel still behind the door and the insides of the drawers were dirty. We requested to switch rooms, the second room had a very damp, musty smell. The curved shower curtain rod was separating from the wall, so the curtain just hung in the middle. We requested to switch again. Thanks fully the third room did not smell, but the shower curtain rod was also disconnected from the wall. Rather than request a 4th room, we requested a refund for the remainder of or stay and switched hotels. The GM and staff were nice and helpful in making this happen.

Just gross and run-down. Water damage on furniture. Smokey smell in a supposed non-smoking room. Trash in the room that my dog and child found. Pubic hair on the toilet seat. Bathroom light flickered on like it was in a horror movie (lots of flickering on/off before finally staying on). Lighting overall was really dim. TV sucked and the remote didn’t work consistently. A/C unit looked dirty and possibly moldy. I spent as little time here as humanly possible, and skipped even looking at the provided breakfast since I could clearly see what their cleaning standards were.

I truly could NOT believe this place. I had spent a week at the one in Creston and it was great. Check in was a nightmare. The breakfast was terrible. I checked to see if you had sugar-free syrup, and came away with sticking hands. You did NOT have sugar free. I wondered how someone that had to eat gluten-free survived here. I will NOT be back and I will share with everyone.

Thank you for filling out our online survey. I apologize for not having sugar free syrup. Per Choice guidelines we need 1 kind of syrup. We do have other healthy items on the menu. In what way was check in a nightmare? I'd like to investigate that so it doesn't happen again.

Suppose to be a smoke free room , but the room smelled like a smoker had smoked in the room .( if you’re a non smoker you know instantly) The room was not cleaned very well ,with absolutely no detail cleaning at all. Staff was friendly and kind.

Hotel is very clean. Our tv wouldn’t work but they came up right away to help us and got it working. Bring your own pillows though because theirs suck!

Front door wasn’t automatic, which made it a little difficult with luggage. Also, a few things were out of order at breakfast, but other than problems with my reservation/booking, I have no further complaints about the hotel. I was appreciative for the front desk staff, who was trying everything he could to help get me into a room.
