It was a really crappy deal. I called the Friday night b4 our Saturday arrival to see if we could be ground floor, lady looked me up & said sure that would be great. We arrived after driving 5 hours only to find our room was given away. My credit card was used by someone that week& was canceled, but I was never notified by Mainstays, I was going to use another card. I didn’t think about it as I thought it had gone thru or they would have said something to me,, NOPE! We sat their parking lot & called several other hotels & finally found a room. We are Seniors & our granddaughter was in Regional gymnastics tournament, 7 states over 4,ooo girls competing very busy.Mainstays really dropped the ball horribly on us.Very sad they did this, would Never try a Mainstay’s again!!

Bathroom fan - light combo noise so loud that we left bathroom door open and showered with bathroom light off. Kitchen sink plugged. Lightbulbs out, lots of noise in hall and skunk weed smell throughout on the third floor.

Couldnt watch TV, HDMI cable was missing. Surface cleaning was mostly par except for the countertop in our suite which needed hot soap and water. Really needs a deep clean.

Do not stay here. Trashy.
Do not stay here if you are trying to have a restful stay. My room smelled absolutely horrible, like someone had cooked Indian food for months (no offense to anyone but that’s the smell). I had to buy a bottle of Febreze and spray it everyday just to stay in the room. The people staying here are drinking till all hours of the night in the courtyard and are very loud and obnoxious. The room was dirty. The common areas are dirty. The hotel key only worked for a day at a time and the front desk person didn’t say that upon check in that you would need to go to the desk every single day to have your key work. The breakfast is a joke, yogurt, muffins and juice. I could go on and on.

The sink drained so slow that it took 5min. every time we used it the comforter had stuff all over it we could not use there were no sheets for sofa bed or blankets. The tv in the front room had so many scratches on it I guess it did not matter It did not work at all. Room smelled like mold I brought my grand kids for the weekend we checked out the following day. Bad deal. I would not stay or recommend commend to anyone.

They didn't have the room available at check-in that we paid extra for. The room we got was dirty and had a smell to it. There was trash under the beds. Other guests had similar experience we talked to.

The rooms/furniture/amenities were old and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The couch was one of the grossest things I've seen in a hotel. I was just glad at least the sheets and bedding were clean.

Great Hotel
The room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. We really liked having the convenience of having a kitchen right in our room and ate several meals in our room during our stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have the $150 deposit hold and the daily safe insurance cost listed on the hotel confirmation. As someone who budgets to the penny, these were last-minute costs that had to be quickly covered. It would also have been nice to be given the option to not pay for the safe insurance if you were not going to use it during your stay...something that could be asked at check-in.

parking at night was not very good we parked in lot in front of hotel no signs about parking there and our vehicle got tagged for towing . if we were not going somewhere we would of got towed need to work out something with Collins . other than that overall was good

Little bit of a bait and switch. The room was nothing like the pics online and it was pretty dirty, both the room and halls. We didn’t have another option as everything was booked in town. However, the staff was friendly!

The room was a good size and for a longer time you can do your own cleaning. Seems that no hotels change the beds or towels when you stay for more than one day So what do you get for the big price you pay for the room Also the complimentary breakfast is a muffin Coffee or tea but what if you don’t drink that or just coffee
