The staff was amazing. They were very accomodating. They helped with any issues, transportation etc. The bathrooms were a bit aging but everything worked. The only thing is we saw a couple of bugs in our rooms but they staff worked to make sure our rooms were changed.

The staff was absolutely the best. My flight was canceled and they were able to arrange a later airport pickup for me at the last minute. I sincerely appreciate how hospitable and caring the front desk attendant was upon my arrival. He also helped with arranging breakfast and a hamman treatment the following morning. I will absolutely return to this hotel the next time I visit Casablanca.

Pool was just for showing, it was positioned in the middle of a coffee shop, making it impossible to use. Rooms had many maintenance issues such as leaking ACs, broken chairs, ...etc.

My wife and I stayed here for one night as we were laid over at the airport waiting for a flight to go home to the USA. The train ride out here was a bit long and took 30 minutes to get to from the airport and then a 10 minute taxi ride. But the stay was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted very friendly and the check-in procedure was very minimal. Our room was very clean and well prepared for us with a comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. We felt very safe the entire time we were here. In the morning the concierge recommended some places for breakfast that were within walking distance and we found a delightful little restaurant and had a wonderful Moroccan breakfast. Upon our return, the host of the hotel was very engaging and we had a delightful conversation. They ordered a taxi for us so that we could get back to the train station and make our way back to the airport. While we were waiting for our taxi, we spent a very relaxing hour poolside in their inner courtyard which is very comfortable and allows for a peaceful morning stay. All in all I would say this is a wonderful hotel that is very clean and safe and welcoming .

Great hotel. Not close to airport as one would Imagine, but they do offer shuttle which is good. So in a way it’s good to be in the city, and close to restaurants and stuff.

The staff were wonderful, however, the room was suppose to have 2 queen beds and it had 1 with 2 cots. There wasn’t any WiFi or coffee in the room. The room was big but we were looking for a comfortable night since we had an 8 hour flight the next day. We did appreciate the transportation to and from the airport and had no problem paying for that. The dinner was wonderful.

Inexistant Soundproofing: The room overlooked the pool, and at 23h we couldn’t sleep because we could hear the music and the conversations of the people sitting over there. Rude receptionist: the hotel mentions that there are car parking places, when we asked for a place to park since, that night there was a football match and non residents in the hotel came to watch and parked in the residents’ parking places, the receptionist answered in a rude way and asked my husband to go look for a place himself, not to .mention the way he spoke to me.

I liked that the area is calm, when I needed the transport they took care of me.but the staying at that hotel wasnt enough good because of the first day, they said only suites are avaible because me and my friend came late, otherwise after paying for the suites we checked online and found that there still are normal rooms avaible. Second thing, the breakfast is not good served, the man at the coffee place doesnt arrange the table when the custumer comes, there isnt even an orange juice and the cakes are very bad.

Great overnight stay in Casablanca
We stayed overnight beforehand catching a flight the next morning and had a great time. The hotel is clean and modern and our room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the spa or the pool though both looked very nice. There are lots of places to sit and relax. Breakfast was above average with lots of choices (hot breakfast). We didn't really explore the surrounding area but there are several nice restaurants within walking distance.

Good stay
It was a good stay . Located bit away from the city centre but transport is available. Receptionist was great in helping me to sort out my trip to Marrakesh . Can’t complain anything.

This hotel advertises itself as offering a free shuttle to the airport (One of the reasons we stayed in transit given the exorbitant fixed price taxi at Casablanca of 300 Dirhams each way). Unfortunately, the hotel failed to honour iits promise - which we think is false and misleading advertising and deserves to be exposed.

Quality of service to be reviewed
We are still waiting for the hotel management to call us back as requested through the hotel reception since our previous stay (weeks ago). The main concerns we wanted to discuss are with the absence of quality policies and lack of quality control including sanitary issues. For instance, car bookings are ignored, request to fix the TV not transmitted to the technician, reception does not call back following messages, or smoking clients in non-smoking areas are tolerated by the hotel employees who do not dare to enforce the rules (who cares?). The hotel management seems more concerned to make savings than to keep its customers satisfied. We still believe that the hotel management team could react to improve the long list of issues we wanted to share with them.

My experience at Casablanca Suites and Spa was quite pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, staff was extremely welcoming and the hotel had a very warm feeling.
