I made a reservation for a specific day. I got over there. They didn't find my reservation. I was told to make new reservation and i will get a refund for the first one. Then, they charged me both reservations. Never again!

Nice hotel, good service and in one of the best area. Not the biggest rooms, but the quality was good. Very clean. It was quite calm too, maybe ramadan affected that.

Very bad staff and hotel doesn’t have parking and they lie about parking; they said their parking is out of service for years; I parked my S350 Mercedese under their supervision and I woke up found my whole car covered with dirt with cleaning dirty water from cleaning hotel from windows and their security watching what’s going on: you arrive to the hotel and their security guy says in impolite way we don’t have parking and we can not assign parking for our guests in front of hotel—- very very bad experience with this hotel

The cleaning crew and doormen were very nice but rest from check in desk to manager were just awful 😞😞😞 was not advised of onsite construction next door and had just booked 5 nights stay. Could not cancel my stay. It was the most awful hotel stay ever. Hotel amenities were missing at check in. Very bad experience!

Pleased rest assured that this has been passed onto our Housekeeping Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure all minibars are checked daily before guests check in to ensure everything is operating correctly. We are sorry to read your comment and to not have been able to help you resolve it during your stay. We have taken note of all your remarks that will help the head of housekeeping to continue training the team and deliver the high standards expected. We do apologize for the technical problems you encountered; there are absolutely no excuses for such details to be overlooked as all rooms should be thoroughly checked on a daily basis. We will make sure that the procedure is reinforced. However, we do not seem to find any record that our team were made aware of this while staying with us as in this case we would have, of course, changed you to another room.
