The property is outdated, you need a different WiFi password for every room you enter, the food options are limited and lacked seasoning. We found 2 roaches. Most importantly, majority of the staff did not speak English so getting the things we need to make ourselves comfortable was difficult.

Hotel is nice overall. Nice views. Staff are very nice and do a good job with maintaining the place. I do not recommend the food from the hotel, we did all inclusive and it was not enjoyable at all. We ended up eating out the rest of the time we were there.

No one speaks English. The all inclusive, was not. The buffet breakfast was extremely limited. And barely edible. No hot water. Stay elsewhere

Rooms were huge and beds were very large and comfortable. Fantastic beach across the street. Building is aging and not super clean. Some staff were not super nice.

This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had dirty stinky facility. Refuse to answer phone or address problems. Cable tv didn’t work, no cleaning, no towels, no water. They would hang up and not answer or anything

Hotel is ok, but I will try a new one next time
Wifi was out during most of my stay. It was difficult to call the front desk. Nobody answered when I tried 3 times. And check-in took forever. There were numerous people working at the front desk, but only one person was actually checking people in. Some of the others seemed to just be standing around visiting each other.

Mi cuarto no lo tenian disponible segun fue comprado con ustedes. Las puertas estaban todas dañada. La apariencia del Hotel es horrible, la comida es mala. Los unicos atentos son las señoras de limpieza. La vista al mar se convirtio en la vista a una construccion. Toralmente un fracaso. No lo recomendaria nunca.

El hotel tiene mucho potencial, le falta un buen manager, los jugos del restaurante son pura agua con color, los baño no estaban limpios, las toallas viejas y muy pequeñas, la atención del personal fue buena, es lo más rescatable del hotel!! Las arepitas del desayuno muy ricas!!

Hello: It is the worst hotel I have stayed in in my life. There is no service, dirty, reception, manager arrogant, local food, no drinks included but they charge. The only thing beautiful is the view:

The property location was great and transportation was plenty. The pool bar attendants, lobby coffee bar attendant, and the front door staff were great. The food served in the Dubai Restaurant was good and different daily. The front desk attendants at check in were rude and the Dubai Restaurant staff was horrible. The restaurant serves coffee for dinner but milk or cream is not put out. 2 out of 5 nights when we asked we could get milk, the other 3 we were told milk is not offered and can not be brought out at dinner. The cleanliness of the room was less than average. Toilet paper and supplies were not restocked daily, the floor was gritty day after day, the string to dry items in the bathroom was moldy, and the shower door would not stay closed. If we visit Cartagena again, we would stay elsewhere.

Construction happening directly across the street. Food was limited and not good. Staff wasn’t accommodating. All inclusive didn’t include drinks (they tried to make us pay for water in some areas). Lobby had no AC and smelled. Facilities are worn down. Wasn’t pleased.

Pool area full have noisy kids un supervised jumping and diving into the pool not caring other people in the pool hitting them while swimming. Nobody around to give security or complaints. Very old and needs remolding smells and food is terrible looks like its left over from 3 days ago
