Beautiful Hotel. Excellent location. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and so was room service. We booked a tour through the hotel which was a bit more expensive than other places but I wanted something more private, traveling with kids. We had a great time. Would definitely be back to this hotel.

This property is very nice and conveniently located to many areas. Tour companies were accessible. We stayed on a high floor 47 and there is a club on on 51 floor. If you do not want to hear this music or be disturbed by the sounds then request a lower floor. This was not mentioned when we checked in. Bathroom did not have normal amenities available to use and room had poor lighting (missing a lamp) not enough electrical outlets to charge phones, hand carry fan, AirPods aside the missing minor things the staff is very polite and eager to assist.

My partner & I stayed for a few days in hotel Estelar in Cartagena and it was delightful from start to finish. I was quite impressed with the customer service, the modern look of the premises, and all of the amenities. Every single person that we came across was approachable, friendly, and willing to help in any which way possible. Special mention to Victor, who assisted us at check-in & made sure to let us know of everything that was included in our stay & was very informative and kind. We ordered room service & a couple of other items and they were delivered expeditiously without any issues. The food by the pool is excellent, as well as the breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like was that the higher your room is in the hotel, the louder the music is from the rooftop bar/lounge but it wasn’t too bothersome. 10/10 would come back AND recommend to others. This place is truly a gem.

Rooms were great. They have an amazing breakfast buffet! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and most spoke pretty good English. They have a taxi service that will drop you off and come pick you up again, which was very convenient.

Great location, Beautiful property, Great views from just about any part of the hotel, great breakfast options. Impressive Rooftop Bar, Nice pool, and ordering room service was great. On the flip side, the water pressure in the bathroom was weak, the water color of the beach across the street is pretty dark and not appealing. If you want to see beautiful beaches, they are approx 45 min to 1 hr away. The restaurant next to the pool was mediocre.
