I stayed on the 1st floor nearby the front desk and meeting room, there was a large event one night (music, food, lots of people) that utilized the meeting room and I did not hear them out all unless I was near the room and the doors were open. Breakfast was a little disappointing, when items ran out that was it for the day. Staff tried to put out alternatives but could not do so for all entrées. "

"The Sheraton Carlsbad resort and spa did not disappoint. Everything was wonderful. The staff was amazing especially Taryn. She went above and beyond to make sure my family was happy. I will definitely book a stay here again my next time in Carlsbad. "

Amazing team on both shifts for the front desk and Kidtopia. Awesome family pools and water slide options. Delicious food, reasonable value. Cocktails are a bit pricey. Did not get a chance to golf this time, but the course looks to be in great shape."

"We stayed 3 nights in a suite though we did not use the kitchen facilities. A $50 deposit will get you the pots and pans, dishes and silverware. A short walk to several restaurants, a grocery store, and South Carlsbad State Beach. Good breakfast choices, a little different each day."

"Have stayed here about three times. Friendly staff, easy check-in, safe area, and central location. No frills but clean and great location. Right across the street from the outlets and the flower fields. A lot of choices around for eating, from fast food to seafood. We enjoy the Windmill food court which is on the same property.... You can get some drinks and everything we've tried has been pretty good, a little pricey but nice atmosphere and good quality food. Quick drive to the ocean. "
