"Bambuda is fantastic. The location is excellent with breathtaking views of the mountains & countryside. The food in the restaurant is excellent & there are numerous options at all times of the day. The service at the front desk & at the restaurant are prefect: helpful, friendly, & enthusiastic. Taxi rides from the hotel to a variety of destinations are easy to get & inexpensive. I had a cabin with a balcony. It felt like a cabin in the mountains but with strong hot water in the shower. "

"I stayed at the tree house unit. Very secluded and totally surrounded by nature with no neighbors. A few bugs but that is to be expected with an open kitchen area and sleeping in a tree house. Would highly recommend for the more adventurous. They also have private enclosed cabine to rent with all the facilities required. Pool are was very nice and all of the landscaping was excellent. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"After our 1st day, I jokingly told my wife that, literally the only thing I could even begin to complain about was the shower head. I kid you not, when we got in the next day,…new shower head (total coincidence). Staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was AWESOME and all the recommendations the staff made were excellent. "This was probably one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced in Panama. I think the hotel itself is a part of a large chain, but it did not have the plain and sterile ambience of current large hotel chains. We had a suite overlooking the beautiful garden and facing a mountain. The suite itself has very high ceilings, maybe 15 or 20 feet which made the already large suite feel even larger. "Carlos was very helpful with answering questions and just a kind man. Their is clearly a constant upkeep of the property. Location was good- though there might be an office closer to the boat docks because when we first arrived my map app kept directing me to the wrong place. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you:)"

"The location of this hostel is a bit removed from town but there are busitos available every hour to go in between for 1$ pp each way; as long as you're not too claustrophobic. Angel is fantastic for letting you know the times when they'll be coming through if you ask and will even message and watch for them if you need to catch one. Amenities are basic but comfortable. Wifi speed was about 4-5Mbps. Cleanliness was pretty great with only a few smaller issues that come from sharing a bathroom....
