The resort was clean, the pool was clean, food was pretty good most of the time despite alot of buffets.
I was not a fan of the surcharge on food and alcohol at all. If its an all inclusive hotel then it should be just that- Too many extra costs. I really did not like that I had to give my room key and sign a reciept for everything even with no extra purchase. This really slowed service. MOST of the staff seemed to not like their job, not real friendly compared to other resorts. The cashless resort was a surprise. I had plenty of cash to spend but chose to be more conservative with the credit card purchases. I had to beg for coffee despite the fact that the room had a coffee maker. Most 4 star resorts provide in room coffee. The mini bar fridge was only stocked with 2 beers.
They could really go a long way with a few adjustments but this resort overall was mediocre in my experience.
