Amazing resort. The pools and spa are excellent. The gym equipment is a bit old and run down but very functional. The food is exceptional! Rooms and view are excellent. I would return many times.

Great property that has everything you need! Pools and beach are beautiful. There are multiple dining options - the food is decent/good depending on which restaurant you pick. Staff is friendly and attentive. Teresa and Gaby at the spa gave amazing massages. Overall a beautiful resort that was exactly what I was looking for.

We liked that it was a smaller hotel so easy to get around. We did not like the pools were freezing cold and you had to get down to the pool at 6am to reserve a spot. Not enough seating around the pools

The property and staff are beyond reproach. The food at the buffet leaves some to be desired. A lot of upcharges to get the “good” food in Season’s and the Italian place. The Japanese restaurant is by far the best. St Trop at the pool is great as well The pools are great and Rocio and co workers keep you well supplied with drinks and food poolside. Carlos (activity’s guy) are awesome as well. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation, this may not be the one. If you want fun with music, activities (day and night) this is for you. We had a group of 12 and had a blast for 7 days.

It is an older building but it is maintained. It was clean so that I had no issues with. Food was great and staff were very very helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is increasing the number of activities they host to make people wanna stay longer. I only went for three days and I think that was a good length otherwise I would have gotten bored. But over all it was a great experience and I enjoyed it.

This hotel was nice with the food and pool access but the lounge chairs was very limited people were putting their towels down n never returning I think staff need to tell people they shouldn’t do this because people actually need to use it. The beach was terrible ref’s flags everyday I couldn’t go in the beach and that’s what I love to do that was very disappointing. The tv in the room everything was in Spanish. Two weeks before checking in I requested for a double bed and got a king size bed when I asked about it they blew me off I was suppose to receive vip access and room upgrade and I never got any of those things the only good thing about this trip was the food everything else was a waste of time and a very boring hotel

Wonderful resort! Really great, small size so everything was close - while still having lots of variety of food and restaurants. Beach and pools were great! Only downside was it was very hard to get chairs. Two of the bars were being renovated while we were there - but we got great service from servers coming around the beach / pool.

I had a great stay celebrating Mother’s Day weekend. It was amazing the specialties restaurants were totally amazing. I must mention my favorite person Erik who went above and beyond to make my stay so memorable. Please do yourself a service and book a Spa treatment. Mario is excellent, professional and treats you with so much respect. The only truth from the reviews is the buffet food was not hot. Again the specialty restaurants made up for that. Although I didn’t have a balcony, I did get a room with a fantastic view, room 331. The windows open up and the breeze and ocean waves sounds was so good. I don’t really have any negative things to say I went to have church on the beach and to commune with God. Shout out to the entertainment in Bar One. Okay, just plan a visit you won’t be disappointed. Oh I did get to look inside the suite and WOW! It was soooooo nice. Book your trip and have an amazing time.

This was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we were impressed with the friendliness of all of the staff members. Jacob, a bartender at BAR ONE, was especially awesome. An older property that has been well maintained. Staff at all levels (housekeeping to restaurant) have great customer service and always aiming to please the guest. Food in the resort is disappointing. Not enough seating poolside/beach (majority of seats are gone by 6 am each day). I will consider other resorts in the future.

Great location, pool are small, but just perfect if what you want is a chill/no crowded resort.

I never post reviews but I wanted to warn everyone about our terrible experience here. My fiancé and I came to enjoy a vacation and possibly tour the venue option here for our wedding. The pictures online are very false. Our first day, no AC in our room. The shower would over fill. Due to the construction of how the building was made. We went to the buffet the first night and my goodness, the food options were terrible. I am glad they did change our room after complaint, but same thing with the shower. Due to our first night here, we decided this isn’t the place we would want for our wedding and the stay of our family. The poor construction of this building. Out dated furniture. I do not recommend sandos cancun. We ended staying out of the resort more due to lack of food and the bar in the resort being closed. Pointless resort.

Great resort with great stuff. Everyone is super friendly. Great and amazing service was by Jose from Zango and St. Trop - that kid was always happy to help and provide best service and most importantly he is very positive and always smiling Levy from Zango very professional and friendly I need to mention Angel waiter from the beach Fausto from St. Trop was nice and helpful Rocio as well Evert from beach and swimming pool (very hard working person in this hotel) Eddie from the swimming pool super fun, helpful and professional Eleazar from massage super cool Dani from pool activities was super cute and fun Reyes Tec Manager from the front desk was the best, most helpful and professional Thank you to all off them . They really did there best to make our vacation the best possible
