We love the staff and the dining options ,great food, awesome rooms. The deli was really bad when it came to deserts also not enough variety to choose from. Play room was boring for our kids. Not that many activities

So many pros and cons from our stay here. It definitely has a beautiful beach. However, if the red flag is up then swimming is almost impossible. During our stay we saw people almost drown. We had to go to mujeres to enjoy a good beach which I’d kinda the reason we chose this hotel to begin with. Of course this is out of their control. The pool area was fun for the kids but definitely needs an upgrade. Even the jacuzzi area looked like motel 6 vibe. Staff could do better in picking up towels from guests who have left the area for the day. However, they were very friendly and attentive in regards to food and drink. The best service we received was that of the dessert shop near the pool area. They were so kind to our children and what’s had a smile on their faces. The food at momo lacked flavor and we probably won’t return but the pizza at tovala was amazing! The live entertainment at the sports bar was fun and e we really enjoyed it. The cleaning staff in the rooms were great. Some of the appliances in the room didn’t work such as the remote control for the tv and a couple of outlets. It was too bad we realized the outlet wasn’t working until we woke up the next day and phones weren’t charged. Like most hotels you get talked into going to a presentation at their sister hotel and of course try to beat around the bush and downplay that it is a time share presentation. They don’t explain the resort credits very well. Overall it was an average stay for the price.

LOVE this property. We have been here several times and are already booked back in the fall. This is a small, quiet resort. The food is fantastic as are the staff. The beach is amazing, the water so warm and clear. The waves are really fun to float around in. The rooftop pools, bar and hot tub cannot be beat! I cannot wait to return.

We felt very pampered the whole time. The whole staff were very helpful for all our needs and questions. Resort is in need of an update but still a very nice resort. Dining was good. Nightly entertainment was also good.

We have stayed at Beach Palace before. But this time it was disappointing. The entire place looks very old and not maintained. You can see broken pierce here and there. Also be aware of the membership presentations. They hide information even when you ask and ask. Not honest at all unfortunately. We loved this place but it was not satisfactory this time. Our friends were also approached several times in the lobby about membership and this just doesn’t feel right. Most of the employees are very nice but some people need training.
