Food is cooked fresh as breakfast is going along, so rest assured that it wouldn't of been out for long. We look forward to seeing you again in the future

Some items may have been unavailable due to popularity. In regards to the staffing, staff are on hand during breakfast and they may have been assisting other guests during this time. We were not stating it was customer fault, we did in fact apologise to you at the time also. What we were getting tot the point of was that sometimes people like to try and fix it themselves rather than report which is what caused the problem of the controls keep falling off as too many people keep pulling them off rather than letting the team fix the issue. this was what was being explained to you
