"Rude very rude staff specially the front desk people they corrected people in a rude ways, one day i was in a rush and needed a new key, i forgot to say hello and they said that my problem was not their problem, they were so rude and even got to the point the the front desk people insulted guest, this is maybe the worse hotel in colombia, and it very bad because ive been going there for 6 years"

Bathroom could be bigger compared with the size of the rooms but they are OK for short trips. Sometimes staff in the kitchen/restaurant are could be loud as they speak or play music that doesn't match the hotel's regular playlist. I expected a little bit more of silence on weekends."
