"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cali, Colombia. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help throughout my visit. I especially appreciated how well the hotel was maintained—my room was cleaned and refreshed every day, which made coming back after a long day very comfortable.
One of the things that stood out most was the sense of security. The property felt safe at all times, and the security measures in place gave me peace of mind during my stay.
The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast buffet. There was a variety of options, but the hot food items were often not served at a temperature that I would consider truly hot.
