Pros: Staff and everyone was great. Very clean. Cons: pool did not have a gradual walk in. Hard with smaller children. Gets expensive with hotel and no breakfast included. Door to Denny's is broken and need to go outside to get in. Ok when weather is good.

I had a lovely lady at the front desk, she was very helpful in checking me in, she helped us to get our room earlier so that we were able to our performance. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff going up to our room were very friendly.

There were kids in the room above me running back and forth continually. A call to the front desk was taken seriously and while I had to move rooms I was put on the top floor and had a quiet room from then on. Front desk staff was great

Excellent location. Shopping, restaurants. Beds are comfortable and staff is great. The hotel is a little dated and priced higher than most other hotels in the area. The bedding is too thick for this time of year and the pillows too hard.

Excellent place to stay that was convenient for our needs. Upgraded to a suite which was very much appreciated. Lots of shopping nearby plus good variety of restaurants. Found a great place for breakfast not far away. Its called Bennys and truly has the best egg benny in the city. Great walking trail by the river at the off leash dog park on the east side of the Deerfoot. Have stayed here several times and it has always been great. Highly recommend!
