Everything at this hotel was what I expected. It was a nice hotel, the parking lot was inconvenient though. There’s a side door, but nobody told me where it was on the inside and it was a pain to get around the building when I first arrived. Other than that, my stay was good. The pool was nice and the staff were friendly.

Staff were not welcoming on arrival, lounge staff at dinner completely ignored us. Waited a long time to be acknowledged, never inquired if we wanted or needed anything. There was only 2 other customers in lounge, and 3 on staff. Cellphones and conversation among staff was the priority. I even had to approach bar to ask for bill, as they had no intention of seeing if we wanted anything else. The only positive was morning staff acknowledged us when we were leaving.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was large and very clean. Fast taxi ride from airport. Highly recommend the top floor king room. The hotel front desk forgot to give us our free breakfast voucher (included in our king room) so he ran it up to us immediately before we even realized.

This is a great hotel. Our room was very modern with lots of light and plug ins. The food in the restaurant was really good. The service from all the staff was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:Restaurant in hotel served good food, friendly staff. Housekeeping was very proactive. Very Clean, modern rooms. Lots of amenities. Close to the airport. Easy acess to major roads. Gas station near by. Cons: room door isnt very sound proof. Can hear people talking/ walking in the hallways very easily. Elavator digitial number not working made confusing on what floor you where on, got off wrong floor few times. Some parts under contruction / maintance ( but also a good thing cause you know they are fixing and maintaining the bulding ) Overall great experience and defiantly would go back again.

Rooms had an overpowering smell of air freshener, so much that we had to open the window for a couple hours to air out the room to rid of the overpowering smell. There were also faded stains on the bedding. Bathroom had two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. Parking on the property was also not great. There were also seating areas by the ice machines on our floor however when we stayed, guests were seated out there well past midnight having drinks and loud conversation and it was obvious there wasn’t much for soundproofing or regard for others.

We left our vehicle for a park and fly, after arguing with the desk that they "havent done that in a long time". Upon arrival back, there was no answer for the shuttle service from the airport, so we took an Uber. Once at the hotel, they had given my room to someone else with a similar name and we had to wait 45 minutes at the desk for them to "find" us a room. The lobby was a mess, no cups for the water, and the agents spoke to each other in another language which i found very rude. There was a homeless couple in the lobby as well, waiting on "friends" and no one seemed concerned. We wont be back to this location
