Handy location to explore Calgary by foot. Close to the 15 walkways if the weather is bad, and numerous eateries close by. The hotel is undergoing some renovations at time of writing, but work is limited between 9am & 6pm, so because we were out all day it didnt bother us. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

It was decent for a one night stay. We wound up with a suite with a double bed instead of a king size as we had booked it. Was a bit tight for myself and my very large husband haha. But it was only one night so we left it. It was quiet and super close to a ton of restaurants and the mall downtown. We would book again but would make sure we had a larger bed.

the layout and space was good. we had a two bed room suite with a sofa bed in the living area which a good divider from the kitchen and dinimg table. the toilet is very small though well equipped. staffs are very helpful and friendly and we enjoy the convenience of the tuckshop for buns and snacks.

At the time of my stay, there was a long term renovation construction project being implemented. I would have appreciated a heads up about very loud daytime noise and vibration that may occurr, prior to my booking confirmation or pre-arrivial confirmation. It was so loud, I could not do the in room work I had planned and had to go to a different location to do my work on both days of my stay, The good point of my stay was the manager gave me relief on my room booking charge. But, this was only after going through all levls of front desk staff before I was able to get some relief and satisfaction from the manager. I will try them again on a future trip to Calgary but, I will ask if construction is completed before I book. Thank you to the management staff for helping,

Had to wait for the front desk for a good 10 mins before check in. Never had to sign a form for an extra guest when the room was booked for 2 people. Terrible front desk staff and the room had a stingy smell.

Property was under construction, was very noise from 930am to 6pm Staff was good and location was good as well. Not the quietest building even after construction hours. On the plus side my wife loved the bidet and the room was cozy, the bed was not great for comfort.

It is located within Downtown Calgary and C-Train station is within 2-3 minutes walking distance. The property itself is bit run down but the management is doing renovation from time to time, so i would expect it gets better soon.

The Coast hotel location is super-convenient, good value, very affordable breakfast, and the staff were accommodating when I asked for help printing a document and for a later checkout. There is a bit of noise while construction is underway, during the day, and the décor isn't fancy. I will happily stay again.

Excellent area in downtown Calgary. The staff are awesome and friendly. They offer a prepaid breakfast which is not to my taste but good for on the go when you don’t have time to stop for a bite. It is very close to everything downtown, offers inexpensive parking and is pet friendly.

The front desk reception was very professional, proficient and to deal with. Room was a pleasant surprise being a proper full apartment like suite. It had a very state-of-the-art commode. Facility was clean and the breakfast to go was a great deal.
