False advertising. Wrong room given. Rude staff at front desk. Tried to explain them that they are not giving me the room I booked but they did not even listen to me. Just kept saying that because you have booked it through Expedia we cannot do anything.

Near airport…. Shuttle bus is a plus but the front desk forgot to mark our booking when we check in near midnight the night before. The room needs upgrading and it is dark… but sizable.

Placing a couple who’s staying for three days directly across from the elevator and right over the entrance of the hotel was a huge disappointment. The large group of people checking in ahead of us, all leaving at 6 AM the next morning, they would have been the perfect candidates for our room!! We had to ask the day after check in about the free breakfast (VIP offer) & were given breakfast certificates at that point. I really want to love this hotel but we value a good nights sleep far too much to stay here again!

Bonus, that there is a complimentary shuttle service to the airport, that is prebooked, on a regular schedule and on time! Also received a coupon, for two complimentary breakfasts next door at Pancini.....which was redeemed instead, for 2 alcohol drinks at Pancini.

We have stayed here before; it is a perfect place for our stopover in Calgary. Very convenient airport shuttle, friendly staff, comfortable beds/rooms and free breakfast. Really can't ask for more than that!!! Highly recommend

The Acclaim has been our hotel of choice when flying out of Calgary for the last 10 years. It is still a nice hotel, but it is in need of updating. They can start with getting rid of the rain head showers. Overall, we still like the Acclaim and will likely stay there again, but it is also time to start looking at the other hotels in the area.

Great service. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Clean. The free breakfast was really good. The coffee at the restaurant was also very good. Service was great all around. Easy shuttle to and from the airport.

Property is easily accessible to Deerfoot Trail and close to quick food options. Room was clean and same as the pictures on Expedia. Sound of planes landing is there but not disruptive.

Property near airport and provides free shuttle service which is very convenient for an early flight. Free lemon water at entrance and fruits in the morning for those who could not avail of breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Nice bathroom. Coffee (Keurig machine) and tea in room. Huge TV. Desk and a round table.

We stayed one night because we had to catch a very early flight. Our room was extremely comfortable. I really liked the make up mirror on the vanity. The only downside was the fridge in the room would’ve been a bonus. Also, the TV in the bathroom didn’t work. It would have been nice to take a bath and watch the TV. The shuttle service and parking option was very convenient.

This is a wonderful hotel! The shower was multidirectional and almost instant hot water. You don’t even hear the hallway traffic. They also have rooms that allow pets.

But no fridge or microwave in the room, no usb chargers, it’s not soundproofed as mentioned on website, we could hear people down the hall/ having shower. We travelled with dog, maybe we got the most “updated” room? Not sure. I’ve stayed in handful hotel in CGY. This hotel is OK. Not great and not a bad one.

This hotel is amazing and with VIP access we got two breakfasts that may have been the best breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed here before and will do so again. At check in they gave us more VIP benefits than we expected. We quite enjoy the Italian restaurant here as well. The only downside is it is an airport hotel so there’s not much to do nearby.
