Manager Angelo is great help there. The rooms were a little worn and dull but it is quite close to the beach. Enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast is also good.

Really horrible place. We had booked for many days, but left after 1 night. The worst place I've ever stayed at. Do NOT recommend that place, Do not trust the photoshopped pictures, it does not look like that

WIFI nhi kaam kr rha tha na hi tv chal rha tha ... room bhi bhut chota tha 3 din me na hi room saaf huya na hi blanket change huya

Dear Akash, Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kindly note our room cleaning is done on a daily basis between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. However if the room is locked from the inside we do not knock on the room doors as some guest do not like to be disturbed. Also incase the guest leaves the room, one can leave the key at the reception for room cleaning as we do not enter the rooms without guest’s consent. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Most important thing is Hotel is very close to Colangut Beach. Walkable distance is 4-5 min only. Budget Hotel, thanks to Expedia. One thing should remember about check out timing. Its 10 am sharp. The cleaning staff is very rude, should be improved. Overall nice and budget friendly hotel near to beach.

We didn't stay and moved out on very first night because the WiFi works only at the reception in rooms you hardly got any signals and also there is cleanliness issue at the reception entrance.

Sorry as you had to experience disturbance but as our property is close to beach and as you may be aware it is the peak season time now there is music that is played on the shacks on the beach. PROS Close to beach CONS Inadequate ventilation in rooms Reception people behaviour was quite rude.They kept explaining about different kinds of fines and charges applicable and hotel rules for long time before check in. No room boy was available to get the luggage during check in checkout. During power cut the generator was not turned on for 2 hours. No card machine available. I would personally not recommend this hotel (at the tariff they are charging)

Dear Guest, With regards to the ventilation, all our rooms have windows hence ventilation should not be an issue. Would you be able to provide the room number provided to you so we could check the same. Our staff is being well informed and trained to explain the House Rules to every Guest that checks in due to some bad instances in the past, wherein the Guest has said that he wasn't informed so we have now formed the habit to mention to all Guests. Sorry if this was rude behavior however it wasn't the fault of the staff they are just following orders. We always have a room boy available at the Reception to carry the luggage to the room, however the luggage first needs to be brought from the car/taxi to the Hotel reception. With regards to the power cut this is Goa a small rural state which experiences a lot of power cut. Due to such situations we have power back generator. However when the current fluctuates we wait for around 15-20 minutes as some times it normally stabilizes. If it does not return in half an hour we then switch the electrical lines which also requires some time. In our locality we are the only Hotel which has power back up. Our card machine has stopped working off late and we requested for a new one with the bank. We regret the inconvenience caused. This property is conveniently located near the Beach area. However there is no room service, no phone in the room for any service. Cleanliness ok.

Støjende hotel/område
Vi havdde terresse ud til løsgående grose og 2 hunde i snor de var meget aktive om natten sammen med mange andre hunde i området, de lokalr badede i poolen fuld påklædt i deres tøj btuseren ble ikke brugt først, det var så ubehageligt at vi ikke badede i poolen. Vi havdd morgenmad med i prisem, allerede fra førstr dag var maden rationeret så vi måtte selv købe resten fot ay nlive mætte!!!
