It is very regrettable that you have not come across any of our previous responses to similar comments about the properties lack of lifts or concierge services at the time of booking your accommodation. All facilities and services are detailed on all marketing and website literature for the Amphora complex and readily available to all our guests prior to booking. Again, it is very regrettable that you seemingly have not come across this information and only assumed that access would not be a problem. We sincerely encourage all guests to review individual complexes and make sure they are suitable for their travelling needs. This will prevent any surprises at the destination and guarantee a great start into the well-earned holidays. Whilst the Body Corporate has investigated the options on lifts, it is disappointing to know that even with all the modern technology there are no feasible options to install those now. Mantra Amphora will remain stair access only.I hope we will be welcoming you back to Mantra Amphora in the near future.Sincerely,Chris & Team
