Dear Alvinesh, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't pleased with your stay with us. We aim to go above and beyond for our guests and provide them with competitive rates. To do that we have kept the apartments self contained so each guest can tailor their stay according to their feel & comfort and in return they get the savings. There are hotels in Cairns which will give you a 30SQM room with 4 beds and daily service for same money. They do not have a kitchen attached to them, 2 bathrooms, a laundry, a lounge room. I feel that you may have skipped reading the description of the property which has all the information that we are a limited housekeeping and also has our reception hours. I do not feel that your review of 1 star is justified but that is your opinion and we accept it.

Hi Bob,Thank you for your review. We are fortunate to have the nets here at Trinity Beach to allow people to still swim in the ocean and be protected. Due to health and hygiene reasons along with every person's differing tastes condiments aren't something left in apartments however soap and towels are provided. We are yet to encounter a property that provides blenders for smoothies. Enjoy the rest of your time in Australia.
