"Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up ..."

"Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our staying at all. First: No breakfast was included which we realised only on our arrival. Ok, it's fine! It was my fault when I booked and never double checked but even that we were willing to pay extra for it nothing has been done to change this detail so at the end ..."

Mucho ruido, poco descanso.
"Mucho ruido, no se puede descansar bien si uno va de vacaciones. Las habitaciones dan al estacionamiento y ya desde las 7.30 AM se escuchaban las puertas de los baúles de los autos bien fuerte. Problema de la gente, pero el personal no les decía nada. Lo mismo con los ruidos en la escaleras de arriba ..."
