Bus and tram stops are located just outside the apartment. The bus travels all the way to Chadstone Shoppong Centre and there's a direct tram to the city. There is also a post office within walking distance to top up my Myki card, eateries and convenience stores opposite the apartment. The apartment is very clean and new. The bed is comfortable. The slight inconvenience was that there was only a standing shower but no hand shower.

Apartment was spacious, in excellent condition with modern furniture. Easy driving distance to Chadstone. Normal height restriction of 2.1m for carpark. After hours key collection available. Everything as advertised.

Reception did a fine job. Property has all required, was comfortable, access to property was restricted by car due to highway at front, however instructions if followed allows for no fuss. Cannot comment on noise as much, we stayed at rear. Not familiar with ehat nearby, apartment ledger indicated that transportation and services were nearby. Was a affordable stay and has been logged as a returnable one. Thanks

Fantastic
On arrival, the lady at reception whose name was Janet, couldn't have been more helpful. She was an absolute darling, nothing was too much trouble. She gave us very detailed directions to the secured car park (absolutely great idea) Once we got back to reception, she was more than happy to show us to our room. Upon entering, everything was very clean, plenty of supplies, towels,coffee,sugar,tea,toilet rolls etc. The beds were made to perfection, the room had a fresh, airy, clean smell. The mirrors in the bathroom and ensuite had not even one smudge at all. The bathrooms themselves were very clean, no dust whatsoever to be seen anywhere. All dishes were very clean also. Someone definitely took pride in the way this apartment was presented. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

It's convenient to Deakin University Burwood campus, and it was very clean and close to tram and bus transport. However there is quite a bit of road noise if you get an outside apartment, and if you don;t have a car, getting supermarket supplies means a tram ride.

Check out is 10am, we had housekeeping come into our room at 8am and then again at 8.30am, they should not be coming into rooms until 10am, unless they know you have checked out. One of the higher cupboards in the kitchen had a half eaten chocolate bar left there surrounded by mouse droppings. On a positive note, check in with the lovely lady at reception was great, she was friendly and professional.

Apartment was really good and clean as well. Only problems were no kitchenware (pots etc), we thought there would be. And also the room didn’t have any a/c and heated up way too much

Conveniently close to Deakin university which was the purpose of our trip. Didn’t appear to be an AH phone number - we didn’t see any staff members for our one night stay. However process for access was very easy to follow.
