The staff were excellent m. However, the leisure facilities particularly the sauna was far too small and very crowded. I never got a chance to use it. Which was a shame as that was one of the main reasons why we booked the hotel.

We stayed here for one night and were very impressed. We made use of the Leisure Centre. Make sure you book The Spa if you want to use their facilities. The Lakeside Bar area was very nice with a vast selection of spirits including alcohol free cocktails and bottled beer/cider. We went to the “Allo Allo” dining experience which was fab. We had a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed, then woke up and had a buffet Full English breakfast which also had a croissants gluten free muffins fruit and yoghurt. We would highly recommend this place.

3 night stay
we had a ver nice 3 night stay, we weren't in the hotel a lot of the time as we had a family funeral. I used the gym, well equipped and good equipment. We had breakfast all very good and we weren't rushed from the table which was really nice. Every member of staff we spoke to was really pleasant, helpful and polite. Rooms were cleaned every day and they are a good size. I would stay in this hotel again.

The rooms are amazing, the desk staff are also amazing but the restaurant and bar staff could do with some extra training. I stayed in the hotel for a total of 10 nights, going to the breakfast every morning. Each morning the hostess at the breakfast would ask us the same robotic questions, including if we’d eaten there before. They should recognize guests that are there for a longer stay and say welcome back. Also not sure why you have to show your room card for every single round of drinks. Again some of the staff are just robotic. It doesn’t make you feel welcome. Overall a really amazing hotel, just wish some of the staff would pay a little more attention to their guests.

Fabulous overnight stay at Crow Wood Hotel & Spa, the hotel and grounds on the drive up were very well presented which carried on into the hotel....Rooms were large and spotlessly clean, Food was excellent as was the breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay, hotel and bedroom super clean and very friendly staff. Did not like the fact it is a totally cashless resort so be prepared to bring credit and debit cards! Also access to pool means just this! No seating around pool and jacuzzi was out of order, if you want to relax an swim you will have to book the spa a separate area.

Top notch establishment with first class service
Don't normally review but everything was exceptional. All staff are a credit to the establishment. Absolutely amazing place that is just going to get better with significant further investment in the spa facilities (which are already top notch).

Very disappointed with our bedroom. I didn’t request a disabled room and yet I ended up with one. Lighting in room was too dark and impossible to see to dry your hair. Shower was cold ( reported). Heating didn’t appear to work and all in all a very disappointing experience

Very nice hotel staff very friendly and attentive great overnight stay whilst staying for spa day all very good only complaint didn’t like the coffee from either the bar in hotel or spa tasted funny and not very hot but enjoyed the stay nevertheless great hotel comfortable rooms and clean and comfortable

Staff was friendly, wide open space for the rooms. However, leisure facilities quite average sometimes overcrowded, very noisy outdoors due to rain hitting off the metal drainage system disrupting sleep, no USB ports for charging and no toothbrush which is a let down.

Solo escape
