"The hotel is awesome my kids love the pool and I love that I can sit outside by fire pit and still able to keep an eye on them. The hot tub is awesome. Rooms are comfortable. My microwave was not working and thy had a new one in and working in 10min. Front dest staff was very helpful and great care of are request. Pool was not opened and I assumed since it was “May” it would be ready. On Sunday I waited forever on fourth floor. Only one elevator was working. There are rooms for improvements for price being paid. I’m generous in my rating. Great location now I know my way around. "
