The room was spacious, well appointed, clean, and very quiet. The staff was great, always very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, well worth it. There's a solid selection of good restaurants right next door on the place, and Brussels Central is a short walk away.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was our room refrigerator did not work. The hotel maintenance does not work on the weekends.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at NH Collection - staff were great and helped whenever we asked - booking taxis and helping with restaurants reservations. Breakfast food was spot on but only downside for us was the restaurant (Hispania) on site which we wouldn’t recommend, we ate there on first night and didn’t return

Very clean. Great location if you want to explore Brussels (palace, museums, etc.). Parking was okay since it was New Years weekend and had to find a parking lot or park on the street. Overall, very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
