“Very comfortable and good value”

Excellent room, bed and bathoom, spotlessly clean. High speed WiFi €12.00 for 24 hrs. Simple but sufficient buffet breakfast.

“Very reasonable, but not a '4 star' hotel”

very clean, good location, and very helpful (and English-speaking) staff. however, breakfast is the only meal available, there's no room service, and breakfast itself is pretty limited.

“Brussels tasty mussels”

The Cascade hotel ticks all the boxes, pleasant staff greet with gusto .Our receptionist brimming over with information on the locality of the local sights.Rooms clean and well maintained .A twin set of beds not a double for the standard class but not a problem really ,its business if you need the double bubble.Bathroom and toliet facilities of an adequete standard.Downside in the standard setup is no kettle facilities when you could really do with a cuppa after long journey.Breakfast is a good quality continental with all tastes good and fresh.Close to grand place and station easy metro service.Well done to cascade for its effort.

“Good hotel for business traveller or weekend break”

A good functional holiday in convenient location for metro and easy access to centre of town and various conference venues. Hotel offered good value accommodation. No restaurant but breakfast room. Breakfast menu lacked imagination. Staff frendy and efficient. Plenty of restaurants nearby in all price ranges and types.

“Average hotel”

Not a four star hotel. Separate beds even though I requested a double. The cups and glasses in the room were both plastic. The pillows were uncomfortable.

“Horrendous Customer Service”

The level of service at this Hotel was completely unacceptable. Due to the incompetence of staff and inability to order a taxi myself and colleague were late for a number of business meetings and nearly missed our flight home. Despite the staff the location and standard of rooms were more than acceptable.

“Not a good choice”

The good point is that the hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to a Metro station. One can walk easily to many interesting places in the city of Brussels. This is one of the most unfriendly hotels I have ever been to. The attention at the reception desk was not good at all. The attitude was unwelcoming. When we approached the computer by the reception desk with the idea of checking travel information on the internet, we were told it was out of service. The room was very clean. However, one of the beds lacked a leg! When we complained about this the next morning, we were not offered an apology, and the employee simply said: ça va! The personnel at the dining room did not bother to notice there were people around.
