A very basic hotel. Bed and bathroom were clean though the other furnishing were worn, and when sitting on the toilet, your knees almost touch the vanity! Very friendly staff

Nice and modern, decent accommodation with 2 buildings one next to the other. I had to go to the other building for breakfast. The surrounding street is not the best, with some litter around the area and not many stations too close, but more like a 10 min walk away. The main street from 10 min away is much nicer. The room size is very small if you need a single room and it's quite expensive, but most of Brussels hotels are equally or more expensive. Overall, it was a decent stay for one night.

Business trip while sleep deprived
Horrible bedding, double bed was two single beds put together. The mattresses were old, so very bouncy with metal springs and you would sink towards a dip in the middle, due to the age of the mattress, and fall into the gap between the mattresses. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Ironing table could not stand by itself and folded upon its legs with the weight of the iron. First time in a year of business travels with hotels.com that I end up in a hotel where I did not sleep a single night. I spent my whole business trip sleep-deprived.

L’accueil était vraiment extra!! Le sourire et la bonne humeur c’est vraiment apprécié quand tu viens de faire la moitié de la journée à pieds, en train et en bus!!! Mille fois merci!!!

Basic hotel in good location
My room was in a separate side building and therefore not part of the primary hotel. The room was very small for the for the price. The bed amd room though was clean. Furniture and bathroom a bit outdated. Overall decent for a stay. The staff was very friendly and supportive. No complains at all on this side.

No son especialmente amables. De mi estancia de cinco días sólo uno renovaron café en mi habitación y dos días no la limpiaron. El desayuno es muy básico y de poca calidad. Preferí desayunar por los alrededores. Lo mejor, sin duda, la ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona. Todo lo demás, mejorable

I am a well travelled person and I have been around the world this is got to be in the bottom of the list where do I start ineffective water pressure smells like urine in the bedroom hot water non-existent on top of that dust everywhere it triggered my asthma quite badly bed was comfy but not very clean curtains had blood stains on them I don't want to know where they are from overall if you're in a pickle and very desperate than this is the go-to place otherwise spend a few more euros or pounds or whatever go elsewhere I arrived at 2 p.m. tried to check in and they won't allow me to check in until 4 p.m. even though cleaners are on their way out....

Modern comfortable room
Overall a very comfortable and modern hotel room with good in room facilities (kettle, english channels etc.), It is in a central location close to Louise and Porte Namur. Only downside is the reception closes after 9.00pm and when I returned the code did not work but was able to ring a contact number and they sorted it for me.

Seth was so kind and concerned with my stay. The girl at the front desk went to get me some tea bags for when I went to bed. The lady in the kitchen was kind and hospitable. Couldn't have asked for more.

At Beverly Hills I found a little and tidy single room located in a nice and silent street near the busy Louise Avenue. All the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fairly good for the price. I'll be sure to come back here next time I'm in Brussels!

良いところ ・駅から遠くない ・値段が手頃な割に綺麗 悪いところ ・エリアの少し治安が悪そう、落書きも多いし夜は人通りが少ない道を歩くことになる。 ・壁とドアが薄すぎる。隣の部屋がうるさ過ぎて夜中に起こされた ・別館の廊下の電気が切れており、真っ暗で怖い。電気は階段のボタンを押せば着くが、わかりづらい。
