“Excellent hotel”

Excellent, chic but unprentious hotel near the heart of Brisbane city. Excellent, huge, rooms and great, friendly, service.

“A bit of a let down”

The condition of the hotel was fine, everything except the hallways look quite new, the location was very central. The pool was open for quite a good time range. My main issues were the boring content of the room service menu, and the hight cost of internet access which was significantly higher than every other hotel I stayed in while in Australia, in spite of this cost they and the most restrictive usage allocation berfore throttling the speed or asking for more money.

“Great value clean hotel for a young family.”

Excellent and comfortable hotel for Young Families. Good, clean, good breakfast choice. I only have two comments. The car park was a bit expensive, even though they were reduced rates for guests. The walk to the shops is very short but we had a buggy/stroller and a toddler and there is a narrow pavement on a busy section of road that needs negotiating. Just to had to hold the kids tight. Its not the hotels fault/resposnibility, rather than its location, but I would definitely stay there again.

“Nice Stay”

Room smaller than I expected , airconditioning noisy and not very effective. However, staff at hotel very helpful and pleasant .

“No feeling for client's needs, service amateurish at checkin with wrong attitude of staff.”

No feeling for client's needs, service amateurish at checkin with wrong attitude of staff (except bellboy/concierge who was humorous and helpful). Room service disaster, and girl at check-in desk (one with Vuitton scarf) had serious attitude problem. Novotel can do better.
