I arrived earlier than expected and was pleasantly surprised that the receptionist managed to find a room for me. I loved the spacious apartment I was given. It was clean and well equipped. It was also walking distance to the city, or just 2-3 stops by bus. The receptionists were very helpful when I needed a change of my kettle which broke, among other needs I had. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit Brisbane!

I loved this hotel . Huge room , king size bed , large kitchen , washer / dryer in the suite . It was wonderful . We also had secure underground parking . It was 1 min away from the river ferry that takes you to all the hot spots

Husband and I had 5 comfortable nights in a standard 1 bedroom apartment. This is the 3rd unit we have stayed in (Studio, Executive & Standard) and all provided comfort. The Executive offered a larger living area and TV in Bedroom as well as in living area, but we were happy enough with the smaller and cheaper standard unit. We would be happy to stay in any of those units in the future. They were all clean and with a clean balcony. Housekeeping made sure we were well supplied with products. Very convenient with Ferry, Buses & Trains close by. Staff are friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed in a very comfortable Executive King 1 bedroom apartment. Bed was comfortable. Had a TV in bedroom as well as living area. All sorts of transport nearby, bus, train and the ferry. Ferry is only 1 stop to the City, 2 stops to Southbank. Very Convenient. Receptionist was friendly & efficient. Highly recommend staying at Central Cosmo Apartments.

Great but not fabulous
The location and view were fabulous. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was great. It was a little dated and didn’t have the most pleasant smell- I think maybe the carpets need deep cleaning. I also had no bedside table. Overall it was really good.

I brought some food from the local supermarket, left it on the kitchen bench overnight, and found all the food was spolied with ants the next morning. The management explained to me after the event, said all food stay out needs be in airtight containers. However, there's no warnings about it and seems the hotel managment is fully aware of the issues. Very disappointed about the hotel. Would never stay there.

The sugar ants in the area are unfortunately a seasonal issue due to the humidity in South East Queensland, and we do understand that people who are not locals wouldn't be aware to not keep food out, but we do appreciate your feedback and will try to make this information more clear to guests in the future. Great sized apartment in an accessible location that’s easy to walk to so many food & grocery options. Nice & quiet but close enough to the city while being right on the train line. Super friendly and helpful staff that did everything they could to assist with any queries. Great spot that was very reasonably priced, would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

There were no hand rails beside the toilet or shower/bath. Bath floor is slippery and stepping over the side was difficult.. Also the bathroom door lock jammed while i was in there. After hours maintenance was difficult to reach. I was locked in there for 50 minutes which made me late for my check in appointment at the hospital where i was due for surgery.

This is an excellent property. Very nice,large room with a view of the river. Very close to city cat terminal, lots of food venues in walking distance. Highly recommend.

We were delighted with how good this place was. Very handy, easy parking underneath for our rental car, very comfortable apartment with a balcony, good kitchen facilities. Above all, the staff we dealt with were some of the best we have ever encountered. Ten stars to those staff. One issue with our room is that the shower is over a bath and has no safety handle on the wall above the bath to help get firmly from the floor into the bath for a shower -- and so nothing to grab if you slip in the shower/bath. Attending to this would be a big help and would not cost much. The street Cosmo is in, Park Road, has lots of restaurants, of varying price ranges and types, easy to walk to at night and the area is very welcoming day and night. Close also to Milton train station, and, we discovered to our delight, there is a ferry wharf on the river at Coronation Drive opposite Park Road, with CityCat council ferries every 15 minutes to every stop up and down the river -- very handy to get to South Bank, North Quay, New Farm or wherever you want to go along the river with its fantastic views. Use the same tap-on, tap off Go Card as used for buses, trains (and the Gold Coast trams too). We would definitely stay again.

I wish we had a river view room instead of overlooking a tin roof. It was my understanding we did till we arrived but the location was good and also if we knew there was a river cat down the road would have saved on Uber fares. Perhaps staff training in this area may help so they can assist guests.

Situated in a convenient location for many eateries and close to the city via ferry, bus or car. The reception is very impressive and our check in was quick and efficient. The apartment was clean but the fittings were tired and ready for refurbishment, however it was a comfortable stay and we would definitely book again when staying in Brisbane.

First time staying here in a studio apartment with my husband, and it wont be our last. Had a wonderful 4 nights! Very clean room with comfortable bed, decent size TV, Nice to have the convenience of a microwave, washing machine and dryer. Balcony very clean also! If you don't have a car, it is a convenient place to stay, as the ferry, bus and train are all close by. Only one ferry Stop to the CBD. Friendly & efficient at reception. We are now looking forward to our 5 night stay in February! Thankyou staff at Central Cosmo!

If you want great value for money, handy to the river ferry, well equipped kitchen, clean and spacious... Then book this place. It's great! A little tired in terms of the bathroom but who cares if you want to have fun in the amazing city of Brisbane ! We loved it and would def book again. Lovely reception gals are tops!

We had a 5th floor 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the Brisbane river, the space was spotless, well laid out, close to Citycat, busses and train station. Convenient and well priced underground parking. 5 stars from us.
