I checked in after hours when the reception has already closed. The communication from staff is terrible. Instead of informing me the room number and which building the room is in, I had to call them multiple times to tease out the necessary entry instruction.
The bathroom is filled with multiple tiny flies so I had to buy fly spray in order to use the shower. The rubbish chute is located close to my room but it was dysfunctional, so other residents left rubbish near the chute resulting bad smell near the area whenever I entered or left room. The cleanliness of other kitchen appliances including kettle was also so dirty that rendered it unusable. The overall decor of room can only be described as run down. When I needed extra towels/shower items (once the original supply ran out), I need to get it from the reception during opening hours. Due to the above issues listed, I will not return to this service apartment for future visit.
