A UNESCO city, personal favorite in France
Good value for the money paid. Half a block from a tram stop. A couple of blocks to the water front and board walk. Several tram stops to the city center. Abundance of restaurants around. Modern room deco. Helpful staff at the front desk.

Après avoir payer pour une superbe chambre dans la série 500, une odeur d’égout a envahi la chambre durant tout le séjour. Lors que j’ai demandé, on m’a dit qu’ils étaient au courant, et ce après avoir passé une nuit dans cette odeur. On m’a proposé une chambre adjacente, mais les conditions étaient les mêmes. Il est gênant pour un établissement d’être au courant qu’ils ont des problèmes d’odeurs et de tout de même espérer que les gens ne s’en rendent pas compte. De plus, la raison qui m’a été expliqué relevait d’une explication à 2 centimes. Cet établissement doit revoir le problème pour le régler et ce n’est pas en espérant que les clients ne s’en rendent pas compte en masquant avec des odeurs de pots-pourri à 2 centimes.

Great value and stylish hotel
We enjoyed our few nights at Seeko’o - it was good value and stylish and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was large and clean and the bed comfy. We would recommend asking for a room towards the back of the hotel as the design of the windows seemed to amplify any noise from the street (especially of weekend revellers!) We visited off-season so there was no restaurant, mini-bar or little in way of room-service, but there are restaurants and bars nearby in this re-developing area of the city. The tram stop nearby gets you into the city within minutes and it’s walkable to the Cite du Vin. The small sauna (and gym) with views was an excellent addition and helped give the hotel that boutiquey feel.

Je mets 2/5 pour le réceptionniste de nuit sympa sinon j'aurais mis 1. Service très loin d'un 4**** Réceptionniste de jour insupportable (me fait attendre 20min un chariot qui est a 5 mètres d'elle car occupé a essayer d'encaisser quelqu'un en cash), par contre cette même personne est très à cheval pour appeler à 11h10 pour dire que le check out est a 11h. Aucune possibilité de décharger les valises en voiture. Chambres très petites (la photo de la chambre montre une suite mais les autres classiques n'ont pas de design particulier). Regret.

We stayed here at the last week of August and had an almost surreal experience. Staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The property lies on their website: they claim to have room service because the bar/restaurant is closed due to low occupancy but in reality, they don’t. One day I wanted to order room service and the receptionist said they didn’t offer it. Upon insisting and showing their own website, she said she had frozen dishes she could heat up for us in the microwave but they had no bread or anything else. Also, we spent five days here and they didn’t clean the room even once under the excuse of Covid. I challenged this reasoning because it is obviously safer if the room is cleaned properly every day. In response, they told me to “aerate” the room! This is adding injury because the windows in this hotel do not open! In a nutshell, one cannot trust anything advertised by this property and I was not happy at all about their low hygiene standards during a pandemic. I do not recommend this property and would even warn others against staying there.

Not a great area. The hotel doesn’t deserve 4*. For maybe 15£ more, you can get something say better. I have booked a Executive room and I was really disappointed. The room was very small and a bit dirty.

Worth a stay...!!
Amazing location - 3 mins from quayside and restaurants. 10min walk into central bordeaux. Staff really friendly - bathtub biggest I've ever seen in my travels - amazing. Only improvement I would suggest is the hotel bar was closed lot earlier than I would have expected. Would have been nice to relax in there as only other option in hotel was the front reception lobby.

Modern Hotel in Beautiful City
Great experience. Hotel is sleek and well located outside the tram and close the cite du vin. Staff is really the highlight...speak english well, pleasant and helpful. Rooms are LARGE! comfy beds, robes, slippers and clean.

I really appreciated them allowing us to check in early and was very impressed when we came downstairs in the morning that the gentleman that was working the front desk knew my name and the names of the other guest I was traveling with.

Great room in designed hotel.
large and ultra-modern designed room with great bathroom (120cm larger bath) but could be much cleaner around designed windows. Breakfast is great. The hotel is just close to outlet shops and few steps to direct tramway line to city center.

Really nice hotel right across the road from the river front. Gets very noisy at night though I was there on a Saturday night very busy from all the bar and restaurant near by. The hotel itself is very nice and new, staff was very helpful.

Pros: -available, gated parking for 20 euros/day (only about 10 spots available so make sure you reserve a spot) -good service for checkin, checkout and any questions in between -good size rooms with a king size bed that’s super comfortable with big fluffy pillows!! -good breakfast: croissants especially the chocolate one was great. Scrambled eggs and bacon also very good. Loved the baguettes. Good selection including yogurt and cheese. -spacious bathroom with large showers and large rain shower head with good water pressure. -separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom -good toiletries like slippers, body lotion, 2 in 1 shampoo -good air conditioning -good location near waterfront with restaurants nearby. About 30 minutes walk to main downtown area Cons: -door for bathroom was hard to open and close -door for toilet got stuck shut

Overall underwhelmed by this hotel. Thinks its cooler than it is, and staff weren't particularly helpful. Wi-fi was broken during the visit and the hotel was well aware of this. They did make a part refund for the stay which was reasonable of them. Its an average hotel, location is ok but a bit out of town centre. Better options available and i switched hotel when i extended my stay and was much happier.

A beautifully-detailed modern room - even the basic-price rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Very happy. Tram to town in 5 stops, 4,70 Euro for 24-hour go-anywhere ticket.

Hotel undergoing renovation so not all services available, horrible smell on ground floor, toiletries not automatically renewed but done so immediately on request. Dissapointed after reading previous reviews. Location good with immediate access to riverside restaurants and bars, and superb tram system station only 2/300 metres from the hotel with access to all parts of the city, seven day pass circa 13 Euros/ person. Bordeaux superb, one of my, now, favourite cities but would not use Seekoo again

Good, but could be great...
We were comfortable in the hotel which was in good condition but the carpets in the bedroom and the corridor were stained, while there were cigarette burns in the bedroom carpet and on th bath. Staff were very helpful. The toilet flush did not operate for two days!!!

Modern hotel located conveniently to the tram station. Convenient for morning joggers along the river. Staff is extremely helpful.
