Comfortable hotel in a good location. Plenty of free parking.
Only one negative point, the electronic room lock failed after the first evening so we had to be let into the room every time by the reception staff, thank goodness for 24 hour reception.A safe in the room for valuables would be a welcome additional feature.
overall a good place to stay, but ground floor room had a view of carpark ,so no privacy. Good public transport outside hotel, and it was nice to take a bus to get a feeling of being a local. Breakfast was overpriced, and I would have like some coffee-tea facility in the room. Wifi kepts dropping out and had to sign in every time.

Reasonable place to stay in Bordeaux.
A good place to stay to take public transport into Bordeaux. Wifi was very difficult to operate - every time had to have a log-in even if still in your hotel room. Wifi could not send e-mails from any e-mail client and was difficult with webmail.
I asked the hotel on arrival to pay the bill with a different credit card to that which was used for the booking. When I went to pay the bill on leaving, I was greeted with that it had already been done using the card for securing the booking.
Used the hotel for a quick break into bordeaux. The hotel is convenient for public transport into town. And 15 mins from airport. Staff gave us excellent advice and spoke English which was very helpful .
We stayed for only one night but would have been happy tpnstay longer. The bus stopped (no 3) outside the hotel & for a few euros it took you into the cente of Burgandy. The staff at the hotel explained - in english where to get the bus & were very helpful indeed. A good breakfast which although was 10 euros was nice, we were in a hurry so didnt ask for refil coffee etc but i feel sure you could have had more.
The shower was hot, bathrooms pleasant, bed comfy. We have taken thebooklet & wouldnt hesitate to stay in another hotel in their group.
