We booked this hotel for a long layover thinking it would be convenient with the free shuttle service, but it was imposible to reach the hotel before the trip. I tried emailing via Expedia, emailing directly, and calling, but couldn’t reach them nor did they reply to any of my messages. On the way back to the airport, the shuttle was not on time, it took so long the hotel suggested we use one of their taxis (for a fee of course) and that’s what we ended up doing.
Catherine, the receptionist, is the rudest receptionist I’ve even encountered, it was almost comical. Not only did she ignore us at check out for as long as she could, once she was finally helping us, another person walked in (someone she knew) and she stepped to the side, helped them while keeping us waiting again, and returned to finish our check out with a nasty attitude after her friend left. The room was small but clean and comfortable, but due to the terrible service, we will not be returning.
