Excellent Vietnamese food with western options also available for evening meals. Good breakfast in a bright dining room. Bed was comfortable, shower was a very good size and with both a rain head and a detachable wand. Only detractor was a water pump which could be heard any time water was used from a number of rooms but this did not stop a good nights sleep.

My partner and I frequently visit Cornwall twice a year to reconnect with old friends, and we've always struggled to find the ideal place to stay—until now. The staff at Westberry were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone! We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed for one night. Check-in was quick and easy. Twin Room was very clean. Beds comfy. Lovely modern bathroom. Had all the necessary added extras e.g kettle/tea and coffee, towels and complimentary Shampoo. Pre-booked breakfast, plenty of choice the cooked breakfast was tasty. Only things that could be improved. Ironing board in room was broken so quite wobbly. Wallpaper in room peeling in places and could do with a fresh lick of paint. Entrance to carpark and some of the spaces quite tight but all in all a lovely stay and we will be back again. Thank you

Our room was excellent.as was the breakfast. The restaurant is Vietnamese/Western, has a good ambience and serves delicious food. The Sweet and sour Chicken is highly recommended. Bodmin is a good base for exploring both the North and South Cornwall resorts and is close to the Eden Project.

Brilliant service, clean, friendly, good food
We stayed for one night, last minute booking, when we were booked to go to the After dark ghost tour at Bodmin Jail. The staff were very friendly, the lady on reception allocated us a room in the cottage so that we could come back at 3am and not disturb anyone. The room was lovely, well cleaned and very comfy. We were asked what time we would like breakfast the following morning, breakfast was lovely, served on time and plenty of it. Will definitely stay again when we go back.

A lovely welcome and all of the staff were extremely helpful, well presented and courteous. Room was heated by a noisy electric heater but it did warm up very quickly. Restaurant was pleasant and the food was fabulous. Bit of a mix up at check out but overall highly recommended.

Could do with plastic tooth glasses in bathroom. Was told at one stage that your order for breakfast, both times and content, held good for the rest of your stay, rectified next morning. Heated towel rail unserviceable. All areas spotlessly clean and pleasant staff.

Saints Way Stay
Fabulous. We were staying over to do the Saints Way trail over 2 days. Staff really helpful, we were able to park one of the cars for the weekend. We were staying in one of the rooms in the cottage which was clean, tidy and modern. We booked a table for dinner and the food was exceptional and catered extremely well for both meat eaters and vegetarian, including vegan.

Lovely stay
Friendly greeting on a super hot day. Shown to my room was a nice touch. I did not eat at the hotel for my evening meal as the hotels.com listing detailed the kitchen was closed. But the menu looked lovely. Breakfast was ordered the night before so there was no wait when i arrived for my time slot. Room was clean and well presented. I stayed during the heat wave so the fan was very much appreciated.

The room is outdated and in need of a facelift. Beds aren’t the most comfortable. Photos on hotels.com don’t really represent the hotel. Breakfast portions are tiny. Sound proofing is non-existent. Ground floor rooms view the car park. Good location. Good parking. Staff are nice.
