The property itself was really good. It was quiet and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Beds were clean and comfy as was the bathroom. However the floors were not very clean both in the hallways and in the rooms. The breakfast was cold and very disappointing this morning but what can you do. I would really recommend the hotel and the location was great!

Hotel was undergoing renovation, so it will be better when this is completed. The guy at the front desk was helpful and friendly. No shampoo or soap in bathroom and the water in the toilet tank was running most of the time.

There were several restaurants in walking distance. No lights turned on in the entryway to room. The sink did not hold water. The plug by the mirror in bathroom did not work, couldn't use for curling iron or charging. Had handicap room and although there were several handrails, the toilet was regular height making it difficult to use. Bed was super soft, hard on back.

This property does not meet the standards of Comfort Inns!! It is in dire need of reconditioning and updating. Allegedly.It is scheduled to be done soon, but when talking to a staff member, she said they've been waiting a long time!!

Staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was very spacious and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and most certainly would stay again. I’m not sure how the breakfast was because we went out for breakfast.

Not recommended
Room wasin desperate need of attention. Unknown glob of something on ceiling, drapes broken and didn't close properly, lamp shades and lamps disgusting. Room dingy and in need of paint. Room far away from dog area. When I told staff the room needed extra attention the next morning they didn't apologize or indicate they would let maintenance know, just asked if I would like a receipt. They are suppose to be doing a renovation so it may get better. Find out if the renovation is done before you stay. Will not stay there again

I liked that we were able to bring our dogs, it was easy to find, close to most places that we were going, walking distance to Bojangles, Waffle House, McDonald's, the wing place and very close to other amenities (grocery stores and gas stations). The breakfast was filling and the hours were pretty convenient for us. The staff were all kind and helpful.
