Loved how it was on the sea front and really handy to the Tower and everything, staff were amazing and so friendly, our only compliant was that the hotel was a bit tired, but good value , thank you

We really enjoyed our stay and the value for money couldn’t be better. The lady on reception is vey nice. Had lots of fun, pool is very nice and so was the breakfast.Only problem was the old man who worked as night manager. He refused to let us in our room when my friend was still out with our key. Shame he ruined it by leaving us waiting on the steps for 45 minutes.

The first room was “ok” but the shower was broken. Moved to another room that was tatty and not clean The room was freezing cold. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel as the room was very run down and tatty, bathroom was disgusting. Not a great stay

The property was Too far away. This was my fault thinking it was further down from where it was. Hotel was clean good customer service. Breakfast was good . If not for the distance would stay there again

Comfortable beds clean place. Friendly polite staff. Lovely swimming pool and sauna payable and booksble at reception. Hotel lift was out of service and.we really struggled, Maybe be better to inform on booking that the lift isnt working, and advice of room floor. . We stayed bed and breakfast there was ample food was warm not hot. . We shall return . .

Great they let us store our luggage there until the room was ready as we arrived very early. Rooms were ok could do with a reoaint as walls were dirty and stained. Was cold when we first went in to the room but after we had been out was warm with heating been on for acfew hours

Second time staying on our annual trip, completely different from last year! Room fine on first arrival but the following day the electric broke in numerous rooms, this meant we had to pack up and move room (no goodwill of any kind). New room was cold, damp and just awful wouldn't put my worst enemy in there. There are cracks in the wall which could be easily forced through, cracks in the ceiling which had been ''filled'' Staff were great and couldn't fault the breakfast! All in all we won't be rushing back

Great trip
Great convenient stay, close to tram stop, 5 minutes to Blackpool, 30 to Fleetwood. Hotel bathroom and pool is modern. Room is typical Blackpool B&B but very clean and comfy

Lovely hotel - will go again
2 night stay for an event in the town, room was clean and comfortable, the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They even let me off when I overslept so was a little late checking out! Only minor issue was that I was woken up early the first morning by the quiet conversation of the people in the room below as I could hear every word.

Ok but watch out for falling ceiling panels.
A decent little hotel, a little dilapidated as most are in a declining seaside resort. Staff on reception and bar were excellent, friendly and helpful. Lovely little pool that you have to pay to use, £5 per person, but it was clean and wel looked after. Only problem I had was that as I was entering the hotel of an evening, a tile fell from the ceiling and hit me directly on the top of my head, I logged it with reception and a member of staff kept asking if I was ok, I was fine apart from a bump and small headache, I would have expected a bit more of a goodwill gesture to be fair. A couple of drinks, a bit of food. Just something, pretty poor customer service, I hope this gets read by the people in charge and they get in touch with some resolutions.
Panel fell from here due to wind.

Lady that does entertainment trying to move panel, she was trying to play the incident down.

The staff would not had offered you a free drink or food as you had told them you had a head injurie, following health and safety. If you would like to phone and talk about the incident. Don't go
Toilet seat falling off, toilet roll inaccessible whilst on toilet, shelfs and rails falling off 3rd floor, lift not working !!!!! Gkaaaes and cups dirty in room. Room was freezing on arrival!!

You need to have cash for parking. Very dated and our room smelt of paint. No hairdryer, no tea or coffee. Dirty carpets and toilet hardly flushed. Radiators weren’t working but there was an electric one in our wardrobe. Wasn’t pleasant, I’d only stay if you’re desperate.

The staff are friendly and nice , swimming pool area good.But rooms need to be updated .The lift is very old the stair ways leading upto the rooms needs a full overall.Get rid of the 80s brown furniture in the rooms and on the doors plus new carpet and showers ,And this hotel has the potential to be a Very good hotel if the current owners are willing to spend money on it

Check in staff was perfectly pleasant however my friend travelling with is disabled and uses a stick to walk. I called in advance to inform them of this. We were given a room on the third floor and the lift is broken (seems to have been broken a long time). Other than offering to help us with our bags, no accommodations were offered for the disability and he was forced to climb several flights of stairs. No other room was offered. There’s no double glazing so the room was very noisy and the beds extremely uncomfortable. The floor would have been softer. Bathroom was not clean, shower a dribble of lukewarm water. For the price, I’d expect better. And be prepared to pay £6 for the car park

We stayed overnight after watching the illuminations switch on. We were on the top floor, it was very comfortable, had everything we needed, it was clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. And was very reasonably priced. Would visit again.

The cleaner didnt check the the set of drawers in room 311 we were in there was three pairs of black womens pants in the drawer. The front window had an awful draft me and my children we cold all the time we stayed. We were fully dressed when we went to bed, the radiator didnt work at all . I have never been that cold in a hotel room in august.

Loved the fact this hotel as it's very own indoor pool and the fact you get it to yourself is an added bonus. Rooms are clean tidy and spacious very quiet hotel friendly staff
