No information in rooms about meal times. We had to ask cleaner for extra towels and tea and coffee as hardly any and only 2towels. We went down for evening meal and were asked to come back in an hour as they had to do the coach party first. At breaskfast not enough staff to keep breakfast foods topped up .

Hotel room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, TV did not have a remote, however a quick call to reception and they provided one. Food from the restaurant was poor.

Great hotel
Check in was efficient hotel was immaculate room was super with large smart tv / Wi-Fi / and all bathroom products included. Very attentive staff would highly recommend

Very Pleasant Stay
We had really good stay, check in was easy, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative point was the lack of clean tea spoons at breakfast, despite me having asked a waitress I was given one to share between our party of 5. That said I would definitely recommend this hotel

Room was good but lighting poor also handwash & body bath were totally empty, requested once on arrival and were told housekeeping would sort it in the morning but i wanted to shower and reception staff that he would personally bring which didnt happen , requested again and were told housekeeping will bring in the morning, Had to request again in the morning at 10am and a bottle of handwash was provided , which we were told is the same as body bath, which was not the case as friends in their room had a different one to the hand wash, this was disappointing as one looks to freshen up after a long drive. Breakfast was not good either, sausages were dry & cold , once the Croissant was finished they did not bother to refill

Great Stay
The room and all the facilities were great and very clean. Enjoyed breakfast a good variety for adults and kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended
Ultra modern, spectacularly clean. Service was excellent accommodation comfortable and they were not desperate to push you out. Free breakfast was very high quality too.

Decent hotel
Really clean hotel, only a few years old and in good condition. Breakfast was good, chips with dinner not great but other than that no issues. Plenty of parking

Avoid Caitlin!!
I have never received such horrendous and rude customer service as I did from Caitlin during my stay. I arrived and it is not clear where the reception desk is as it looks like an extension of the bar - she shouted at me from across the lobby 'over here'. She then greeted me with 'what name is the booking in?' not a hello or how was your journey or even a please. I got to my room (i booked an accessible room) and found no spoons or stirrers to make a cup of tea with. i rang down and she answered and said they didn't do room service so i have to come down to get one - i felt as a single traveller in a accessibility room perhaps offering to bring me one seeing as it was a hotel issue that i didn't have one would be nice. i came down and asked her and she said they are over there in the breakfast area, i asked if she could please get me one and she rolled her eyes at me and said 'they are literally' over there. I was flabbergasted! this girl needs some customer service and disability awareness training immediately! the room was nice but the temperature control did not work so i was very hot all night and the pillows are ridiculously soft that they gave no neck support. i would not be rushing back and would not recommend to those requiring an accessible room!!!
