Really Enjoyed the stay & the fact MS Pat was the reason we stayed. It was a easy decision to pick a room in the same building. So ill be checking in for more entertainment to come stay there again. In which we drove over 200 miles to come see her.

Very nosy . I wasn’t told when I booked that the property was under repair. Very noisy. Front desk very rude. I was locked out of my room in the early morning hours before a meeting and front desk manager very rude when I had to the front desk in pj and socks because I didn’t have ID it was locked in the room, my key had to be reworked .

It was a nice stay the pool area was nice for the kids not a lot of food options rooms are a little outdated and was dusty the employees were very friendly and helpful be prepared to do a lot of walking overall my family enjoyed themselves

Several restaurants/bars were closed, leaving a very long wait for the only one open. Front desk staff was awesome! Restaurant staff was sad & grumpy except for Mary who worked breakfast shift. She is wonderful! Room bathroom was dirty, hair in shower, floors not clean.

For this to be a large and tall hotel the elevators not working was a problem the entire time. There were decorative items on the wall above the desk that were dusty. Had to call for additional towels and the dirty one were not taken and remained in the bathroom the entire stay.

When I go to a resort, I dont have to clean my room, keep a huge amount of trash in my room nor do I have to keep dirty towels and wash clothes in my room until I my trip is over. If I wanted to clean and pickup behind myself, I could have stay at home. The key to the room stop working..Lights to the 2nd room I purchase kept losing electricity, there was alot of smoking throughout areas where there was No smoking signs. The elevator kept passing our floor and the wait to get on the elevator average 20 minute or more each time...only good thing was the staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The venue was comfortable. The only issue I had was with the same person who checked us in and out. She wasn’t very friendly. She was like a robot.

The reason we booked this property is because of the heated pool. Also the pool should have been opened about a week before we arrived . 1st day pool was closed for weather which I can understand The res of our stay the pool heater and hot tub heater was broken . Therefore the pool was way too cold to use . Also , the food / dining at ip was mediocre at best but way over priced for the quality of food you get . Save money and eat better by going to another restaurant outside the hotel. No room service our whole stay ( they do not offer room service ). It was inconvient calling everytime we needed tp or towels . Room kinda gets dirty after 5 days of use .

2 of 6 elevators were not working. I waited 17min. for an elevator. And, got off another to accommodate a woman, and had to take the stairs from the 17th floor

We stay there every year but this time things are going downhill. The heater on the pool was broken and water was freezing and wasn’t Fixed even though they said it would be. The ice machine on our floor was broken and two elevators were being worked on for the entire week. Just seems like the property isn’t being kept up

The rooms are outdated and the carpets need replacing. The elevator situation is atrocious and the restaurants are extremely understaffed. The wait time was an hour and a half at all the restaurants and there were tons of empty tables. With what the hotel charges for rooms, they should be well staffed. We enjoyed the entertainment we were there to see but in the future, the hotel will be a last resort.

My recent stay at IP Casino Resort Spa-Biloxi left much to be desired, marred by persistent issues that overshadowed any potential positives. The initial night was plagued by a malfunctioning air conditioner that emitted a constant disruptive noise, rendering sleep nearly impossible. Despite reporting the issue, the resolution was slow, if not entirely absent. On the subsequent night, after being relocated to another room, the situation improved marginally. However, it was apparent that the hotel's overall condition left much to be desired. The aging infrastructure was evident, showcasing the need for significant renovations to meet modern standards of comfort and aesthetics. While the staff performed their duties adequately, there was a notable lack of initiative or genuine concern beyond the basics. The absence of any personalized efforts to address the inconveniences further underscored the impression of mediocrity. Regrettably, my experience at IP Casino Resort Spa-Biloxi falls short of expectations, and it's unlikely that I will consider revisiting in the future. For those seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay, alternative accommodations may be more suitable choices.
