I have stayed here before and the staff was nice and helpful but since new “management” has taken over, I have seen a major decline in the quality of the facility. They did not have the suite that I reserved for 5 people available when I checked in. They had overbooked even though I reserved my room over a week in advance. They said I would have to pay to book another room, which I had no choice but to. Once we got to the rooms we noticed that the trash had not been taken out and there was only one very dingy wash cloth in both rooms. The pool and hot tub were also not available for use. I will never stay here again.

No towels in our room. At first they said they were sold out and did not have anymore towels or washrags. Finally after getting upset they gave us pool towels, no washrags. They did not deliver the towels. I had to go down to the desk and get them. Not very customer friendly.whoever head of a hotel that did not have enough towels?

Clean other than the wash clothes. Had lipstick on them. Bed was very comfortable. You can't beat the price and the cleanliness. Needs some major landscaping and mowing.

Well for one thing it smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the downstairs rooms and the smell was so strong! Then there was no internet or breakfast which their site claimed they had but upon checkin,were told they had nothing. Then we had to ask for soap and tissues for our room once we finally got in. What a dump!

Upon checking and I asked about breakfast. I was informed that there would be no hot breakfast like advertised. This was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Avoid the coffee, tastes like water. Shortly after our family put on our swimsuits to go to the pool. All doors are locked to the pool area and there was a huge barricade in front of the hot tub with no water in it. Was told that there was some maintenance work being done and no one could tell us when it would be back up and running. Last disappointment was there was an ant problem in the bathroom. I really wanted to cancel our reservation and go somewhere else/request a different room, but everything was fully booked in the area due to a big sporting event in the area that weekend. I will not be going back to a Sonesta anytime soon. Set your expectations really low if you’re gonna stay here.

when we went to check in we were told that the amenities that were listed on Expedia at booking were not actually available. No free breakfast, no cable TV, no pool. They did say we could call Expedia for a refund, so we took them up on it. The public restroom had 1 bar soap for all that used it.

Clearly the management is having difficulties. When you check in they have a sign that says they currently do not have breakfast, or cable TV, or a working pool (none of which we were told in advance); but they're working to resolve the situation ASAP (clearly not). The sign offers that you can cancel your reservation for free if you want (not very convenient when checking in at 10pm). We chose to stay just to keep things simple. The room was ok at best. The shower did not drain well. But since they had very few guests it was quiet at least. I hope management can turn things around. It looks like a nice facility if only they had some money to operate things the way it needs to be.

Place was very clean, but they've got some issues with staffing or something. Pool, cable & breakfast temporarily unavailable, none of which was a big deal to us. However, we only got hand towels, no regular towels because all were sent to a laundry service & wouldnt be back to 9am the next day. Mind you, I had booked this like a week in advance; that was certainly not cool. Our room also didn't have a blow dryer (2 women staying), but front desk was able to get us one...that only worked on low. Not huge things, but issues. But our room was extremely clean, which to me, is super important.

Upon arrival I was immediately told they wouldn't have the continental breakfast, the tvs didn't work, and the pool was closed. They did offer to let me cancel with no fees but after being on the road all day I just wanted a shower. The room I booked a month ago and confirmed the day before was not available which really sucked because it was an ADA room as I'm disabled. Fortuntaely the room I did get had a bar in the shower but still... The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no soap. The "secure" door from the back parking lot to where my room was didn't lock so no key card was required so not exactly secure. And while I've traveled a lot something about this place turned me into a dehydrated mess overnight, both nights. So a travel humidifier would be advisable. If I stayed here again it would simply be because the convenience of the location.

I would not recommend this property. At arrival,a sign was at the desk stating that breakfast would not be available because trucks did not arrive. During checkin, the receptionist mentioned the pool was closed for maintenance and the TVs were not working in the rooms. The room was clean, but upon inspection there weren’t any towels in the room. No place to dry hands after using restroom. Hand soap was not available either. I contacted the front desk regarding the towels and they only brought 1 towel. There were two of us in the room. I stopped by the front desk to get another towel. They said they would bring it to the room. The towel was never delivered. It was a shame. The hotel could be really nice, but changes need to be made.

At check in, we were inform there was no breakfast, TVs aren't working and the pool was closed. Room was dirty, toilet not working, no soap, toilet paper or towels. The side door lock is broken, so anyone can come in - not safe. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had at this price point. Got in late with tired children and told: -NO breakfast -NO working pool -NO cable/working TVs THEN, after agreeing to stay without the amenities advertised due to lack of any real option, we found: -VERY broken pull out couch (had to put the mattress on the floor) -NO bedding available for pull out couch -NO comforter for one of the two queen beds -Room two doors down from us with obviously punched in broken door -Police presence, taking statements from several patrons downstairs as we were exiting I honestly don’t know that you can make this stuff up. Wish I could share photos. We asked to please speak with the manager and were told she was “busy”, no time to speak to guests with concerns. Told she would call later in the day; have not heard anything.

Arrived at the hotel to check in and was informed that the pool was closed, no breakfast would be offered and there was no television service. I was told that I could call Expedia and they would honor the cancellation. Now Expedia and the hotel do not want to honor that cancellation. DO NOT BOOK a reservation here.

Started with my no reservation had to wait 20 minutes while they tried to find it then gave me a room with someone already in it after that gave me another room but told me with a different number ended up walking three times from one end of the motel to the reservation desk after that we couldn't turn off the heater it was on and very hot in the room could only open the windows about 3 in and then when we got back the door handle fell off overall I rate this one maybe two stars because it was very very clean that was friendly but they didn't know what they were doing

1. Didn’t get the king room as requested while booking, hotel was not sold out it’s just there is no staff who works there to make room clean or available. 2. No breakfast (front desk asked me to cancel the booking, after driving 5 hours from another state who would book another hotel?) 3. No hand soap in room 4. TV doesn’t work 5. No manager on duty, asked for manager 3 times (to compensate some refund) but no answer from front desk or they couldn’t locate manager. 6. Hotel checkout receipt says different date. Hope I am not getting charge multiple times.

good low priced option. rooms well appointed, clean, comfortable. grounds need some care, e.g., cigarette butler by door in pieces with butts scattered, outside door key-lock non-functioning. Room was nicely quiet in face of good occupancy based on number of cars in lot.

STAY FAR AWAY!
Main reasons we booked this hotel - Indoor Pool, breakfast Included. And the high star ratings this hotel supposedly has. We’ll STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE… It should be a MUCH LOWER STAR RATING. First of all. We were never told the pool room was closed for maintenance - and we got up to go to breakfast and there was none, when I asked at the desk she said “they didnt tell you that when you checked in?” I said. - ‘Do you think I would have gotten up and come down here for breakfast if they had?’ When we got to our room, there were NO towels, Not a single towel… went to the front desk to get towels, we went to the “linen storage” closets and came out with a small stack… the guy gave me one big towel, two hand towels and a floor towel, I said, there are two adults in the room I need another big towel, he said “that is the only towels we have, I have no other towels to give” NO OTHER TOWELS ? And when i got it back to the room… it was all torn up. Our door handle is broken. The coffee pot is DISGUSTING - look how dirty that is! (We didn’t use it of course). This place is a joke. We probably slept on dirty sheets. At least the water gets hot…. Do not book your stay here. Fair warning. If you need to - bring your own towels and breakfast. STAY AWAY!

Somewhat disappointed.
First, 3:30, and my room wasn't ready. Gave me another room, had a 4:00 event. Second, the front desk gal was hard to understand, I had her repeat several times. Accent, Very soft voice. She needs to speak UP. Third, She gave me my card... no directions as to where my room was.....I looked at her a couple seconds, finally asked where my room was, SHE POINTED!!!!!😐😑. Fourth, no extra TP, or kleenex, ran out and had to use TP.....sparingly as very little left on roll. Tried calling front desk 3 times starting at 7:30, no answer!!!!!! Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, nice and Quiet. I give housekeeping a 5, front desk 1. I will come back, with my own TP and kleenex😊

There was no service. When I arrived (1) cleaning person for a 3 level Hotel. I had to wait to check in. No swimming pool, breakfast as advertised. They did have coffee but it was cold. Hallways, elevator were dirty and carpet was stained very bad. My tub would not drain. It had hair in the bottom of the tub. Had to ask for toilet paper after 1 day.
